Ever since I had to fire my slank gardener for the mexican one (only $.50 a day Vs. $1.00, more for the Tithe) I have not been able to have any of those yellow man 'playthings' in my home. Too many questions. No one questiosn the bat, ball and a glove. I do not use the wooden type, I use and alloy one, my wife says it hurts cleans more severely completely. Call me sentimental, I just want to make her life as miserable easy as possible. I know, I hit give and I hit give. I am just that kind of guy.

Yelling does not equal beating.

Yelling at your wife is not a good way to punish her for misdeeds done or sins committed.

It is acceptable for a man to reprimand his wife verbally, but if she continues to speak out of turn and misbehave, the man is allowed to resort to more physical means. This is the way ancient Hebrews took care of their marital problems and that's what we are instructed to do in the Bible.
