To be a yankee you have to be from the states, because it is an american term, We are Canadians, or if you are a french-canadian you would be referred to as a Canadien. Or you could use slang such as Canuck. Or you could by provincial nationality, which would be any of the following Britch Columbian, Albertan, Saskatchewanian, Manitoban, Ontarion, Quebecker (Canadien), Nova Scotian, Newfoundlander (or Newfie), New Brunswickan, Yukonian, NWTerritorian, Nunavatian. Take your pick

Well generally people speak French with others who speak French, much easier to hold a conversation when you are speaking the same language. Plenty of people speak Spanish in the US too i suppose you want to know where they are too?

That is just wrong on so many levels. A man shouldn't have to fetch his own pipe or cook his own meals after toiling all day in the beaver mines or moose lodges or wherever Canadians go during the day.

Offices, Construction sites, Drilling Rigs, Board meetings, the possibilities are endless really.
