Are we looking at the same website? We are constantly and continually telling people to read the Bible. I personally feel that the Bible and its influence in world culture cannot be overstated. If you want to understand much of human history, you need to read the Bible. If you want to participate in the future of this country and have any impact over the direction that it will take in the remainder of the 21st century, then it really, really, really helps if you know the Bible and understand its importance to a large percentage of Americans.
Also, God in the Bible condemns people to burn in hell. I'm not really in charge of that.
As for my anger, I do not intend to come across angry.
Whenever someone contradicts me without solid evidence, I tend become annoyed.
When it's about one of my favorite pastimes, I become even more annoyed.
alliterations. As for becoming annoyed, I can sort of relate. I put a lot of energy into creating a clever or meaningful closing to each and every one of my posts, and no one really seems to appreciate the effort. I imagine that Jesus does, because I enjoy thinking fun thoughts.
Belaboredly Yours,
Handmaiden
