Iron man isn't an affront against God you tools! he's a man in a power suit that goes round saving people from evil that's it. In the Bible 'iron' was often used to describe the pagan Roman Empire:

AIDS, and all other diseases, are punishments given by God to penalize the sinners. Scientists have assumed that there is an AIDS "virus" passed through sex because it occurs in africa as a result of sex BEFORE marriage.

In fact, nothing is passed between people. God is simply punishing fornication, and the imbecile scientists don't know their arm from their earhole.
