We are early in "Pride Month," June. We know the drill, parades, picnics and general focus on the low life of sin.

Some Christians in Michigan rented the marque of a local movie theater to publish the scriptural shame of Pride Week. It paraphrases Proverbs 16:18 which we all know discusses pride coming before the fall. Good for the Christians in Michigan. They have warned sinners about what is coming.

For those who think that we "up-tight" Christians are just reading unintended meaning into that comic book panel above, please bear in mind that Bruce Wayne is a millionaire and he and his ward are sleeping in what looks to be the same bed.

Couples on TV during the 1950's and 1960's couldn't be seen in the same bed, but a super-rich, grown man and his ward don't each have their own rooms?! I know mothers barely getting by who let their kids have the bedroom in their small apartments and sleep on the couch in the living room so the kids can have some privacy. Bruce Wayne is a pervert, plain and simple. Guy has a full on cave for his fancy car, but apparently only has a one bedroom "stately manor". Puh-leez!
