And yet, when I try to do that, I'm told, no, that's not true. I don't see why there are so many different things being said.

You obviously do not understand the concept of salvation friend. Now that I am saved, I am incapable of sin. Jesus temporarily died on the cross at Calvary so that my life of homo debauchery could be forgiven. This is not that difficult to understand, is it?

I would like to respectfully disagree with the above poster. I was once a filthy queer, jumping from bed to bed with any sodomite who could maintain an erection. If I had a dollar for every time I took a male member into my body, I would be a rich man today.

I'm certainly not saying that we should go out and kill them right now, because you are right, the Bible says that we must follow secular laws, until, Lord willing, the laws are changed. I guess what I'm trying to get at is, aren't there some sinners who aren't worth saving?

They both are clear. But since you refuse to read the entire Holy Bible you are missing important things here. Like 1 Peter 2:13-17 and Romans 13:1-7 which tell us we have to follow secular laws. Secular laws which unfortunately do not allow us to stone sinners. When our president gets replaced with someone who follows Biblical laws it will all become easier.

Because God specifically says to kill them. Lets take the "girl must marry her rapist" argument. The Bible clearly in Deuteronomy 22:28-29

"If a man find a damsel that is a virgin, which is not betrothed, and lay hold on her, and lie with her, and they be found; Then the man that lay with her shall give unto the damsel's father fifty shekels of silver, and she shall be his wife; because he hath humbled her, he may not put her away all his days."


and God clearly says in Leviticus 20:13
" If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them."

Where is your biblical reference that God says that we should try to cure gays? It seems like the Bible is quite clear about homosexuality.

Leviticus 18:22 says "Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination."

Later in the same chapter on unlawful sexual relations it says in verse 29

"For whosoever shall commit any of these abominations, even the souls that commit them shall be cut off from among their people."

I've seen your posts Cranky Old Man and I you strictly adhere to the literal meanings of the Bible, as you should.

For instance Deuteronomy 22:22 says
"If a man be found lying with a woman married to an husband, then they shall both of them die, both the man that lay with the woman, and the woman: so shalt thou put away evil from Israel."

And Leviticus 19:20 says
"Moreover thou shalt not lie carnally with thy neighbour's wife, to defile thyself with her."

Both of the two above examples are acts adultery. In the first case both the man and woman are put to death. In the second case the act is one of the "abominations" that the man and woman would be "cut of from among their people" which is the same as being put to death. Since both of these instances result in death. Why should the homosexual be any different?
