By belief exactly, Pastor. I do not believe that our saviour would present us with a 2+2=5 situation, and when I come across one, I want to be able to see where I have gone wrong and find what is right. With this philosophical problem we are currently discussing, and with what is being said about God in relation to it, I'm seeing a 2+2=5. That can't be right.

Maybe God's intentions are hidden from us here, but I don't see why I can't search for them. I do not blame God, I'm not trying to correct God, I am trying to discover God, even if I will never find the answer.

Well that's all fine and dandy, son, but spending all your time nit-picking and demanding to know "why" all the time is no way to gain Salvation. You need to shut up and believe. Accept God's Word, and accept that we are incapable of knowing all of the "whys and wherefores" of God's Divine Plan. If you make it to Heaven, I'm sure Jesus will be happy to explain it all over a cold beer and a plate of barbecue.

I will always trust in God, but as a creation of almighty God, made in his image, saved by the blood of his only son (maybe, although granted, not according to you), I don't believe I am a piece of junk.

Why does God need us to feel better by comparison? Especially in the case of the millions of hell-bound sperm cells whom really never had a chance to be saved, since in their short lives they never had a capacity of choice. That just doesn't seem to be fair. A good man will send millions of sperm cells to hell merely to make the one that was already going to be successful feel better about itself. It seems illogical.

I am a determinist but as someone who wishes to be saved, i find this a rather difficult obstacle to overcome. Why God, do you punish the innocent cells when you already know which cell is going to be successful. Cells have no faculty for thought!

It's a microcosm of the world. For every saved person, there are hundreds of millions of unsaved. If all were saved, virtue would not be appreciated. The sinners make the pious look better.

I shudder to think of a world without unsaved scum like you. Nobody would gush about my Godliness and praise my many, many remarkable qualities. I would no longer stand out as a completely perfect specimen of holiness to be envied by all.

You also forget that over half the blasphemy die on their way to the egg. One reason is due to the acidity of the blasphemy, and another reason is that some of the blasphemy travel down one blasphemy while the rest travel down the other. Unfortunately, only one of the blasphemy has the released egg.
