My belief about God comes from the Bible, I just don't see it the way these people see it. I will not use your responses in my research, but out of curiosity, I would like to ask you: what is the source of your information about that "God" that you believe in and love? Because you seem to reject the God of the Bible, yet at the same time you seem to self-identify as Christian.

If this is the case, then how do you solve that contradiction between the cruel and merciless God of the Bible and the all-loving "God" imagined by many modern Christian churches?

Only belief in Christ Jesus will do that (John 3:18). But to believe in Christ, you have to know Him. The only way to do that is to read the Holy Bible.

1. You believe in God. A good start. You woudn't hate an inexistant entity, would you?
2. You hate God. An emotion not too far from fear, and fear is necessary raw material for repentance. You only need a nudge to the right direction and you have been given that chance when Jesus invited you to God's Favorite Forum and planted deep within you the seed that craves for more intimate unity with our Creator.
3. You go for shock value. While that is a juvenile and practically prepubertal form of expression, it never surpasses the magnificent eloquence of God's True Word, the Bible. You think that sex and fornication will make us feel awkward but of course they don't, as God can express pure lust much better than your feeble attempts.
