We are a simple folk. We do what God tells us. We live as God tells us. If God does not tell us, we do not do anything. No smart person would want to incur His Wrath over a foolish whim. If I am unlucky, I'll have to live on Earth 100 years. Provided I toe the line God has drawn in a box around me, I'll possibly be rewarded by an eternity of Bliss in Heaven and not an eternity of misery in Hell.
