I agree with you on this point if they are able to make their own choice.

The original poster did not have a choice in the matter. This is why I ask the question.

Well having read this thread for the first time I can only remind folks that this is what happens in a society that tolerates homosexuals!

I am glad you have come back to CHRIST, son.

No. We can not defy the Will of God. Therefore no member of this congregation could do such an act as to damn themselves by their own choice once they decided to be a Christian.

I forgive you for being so ignorant of the Bible. Stay here for a while and you'll learn a thing or two.

Myron did not take this quote out of context. You did.

Is there really a need to resort to name calling? Could we not resort to witful and thoughtful rebuttals?

I enjoy a good and well thought out argument. I feel you have the capability of this.

Lets leave the name calling out and have a decent discussion.

Re: I am new here. Hear me out!

A lot of words in the OP but it boils down to

Psalm 51:5 Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.

    and

Psalm 119:1 ALEPH. Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD.
Psalm 119:2 Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart.
Psalm 119:3 They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways.

And that’s even before we reach the NT:

    Colossians 2:13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;
    Colossians 2:14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;

I’d look on this as you probably are not Saved™ as you sought Salvation™ not through Landover, but either through yourself (difficult without guidance) or some Social Gathering calling itself a church.

Mind you, MidwestCatLady is right – you seem to have fallen out of an ugly tree; it could be God’s curse for something your parents did.

The guy was cast out because he did not have a grament on in a wedding.

It said nothing about him being homosexual.

10So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests.

11And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment:

12And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless

13Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness, there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

14For many are called, but few are chosen.

    I anxiously await your reply.

To answer your question. I never claimed to be high and mighty. I was just expanding upon Myrons quote to reflect the whole story he quoted and to call into question his accusation

    One for the books..

Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye. Colossians 3:13

    Easy there friend.

Proof reading escaped you this round I guess?

Why art though claiming to be so holy and mighty?

Myrons first post said he was going to hell for being a homosexual and his brother being retarded. Myron then dropped an edited bible verse. I called him on it with the story behind it and asked Myron to provide proof.

You are taking the original poster at face value and not looking deeper if the original poster is posting legitimate posts.

You did not answer my question.

Where does it say he is a homosexual in your quote?

I could sit here all day and drop edited random bible versus to suport or sway a cause.

If you are going to convince anyone you need to provide proof and back up your claims.
