See? The Bible, written by GOD, predicted you would say there is no GOD, thousands of years before you actually said it!

GOD is not going to grant prayers to be who just want to take advantage of His awesome powers.

You need to get saved first. But do not assume that GOD doesn't know everything.

Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure: -Isaiah 46:10

I doubt your winning the lottery fits in with GOD's plans.
