Hello there. I'm a 16 year old girl from New Zealand.

My parents are atheists, yet I've attended both an anglican school and a Catholic school. I must say both these influences have helped to stimulate a very strong interest in religion within me. I'm not sure I agree with my parents views, though I respect them, I mean, everyone believes differently, right? I believe there must be a higher power, and this faith seems to make the most sense to me.

I realize many of you on here are very traditional, dogmatic and dedicated to your faith. I'm still unsure of what I believe in so I've signed up here to get a bit of a first-hand look at many viewpoints of present-day christians.

I'm not the arguing, pushy type, I just want to know what everyone has to say. I'm nice, I promise. Looking forward to learning with you, god bless.
