Concentration levels does indeed like an excelent reason to stay out of hell. That is if you don't mind being on fire all the time while being sodomized by satan.

From what I've read of you, it doesn't seem possible, sorry

And being a smartass won't help either.

Hm, that is not what I was going for.

I hope you realize ignoring God can only end in eternal suffering in hell .

Well, I couldn't go to sleep without one last little bit of fire and brimstone

It's quite addictive, a bit like skittles...

    I do not believe you.

Do you know "cogito ergo sum" (I think, therefore I am)? If you really only believed what you can verify with your own experience that would be about it. You could be hooked up to some device somewhere and all your experiences could be artificial. You could be a model in a highly advanced computer simulation. You could be someone's dream.

The greastest knowledge is knowing that we know nothing at all.

(Except that we are over elaborate apes floating around in space, of course)

I think in reality there are a lot of things you believe which you did not actually verify with your own experience. You probably believe the Moon is a planet, the Sun is millions of miles away, Earth is billions of years old, we are the result of evolution, etc.

I assume you are aware of even uber Atheist Richard Dawkins confessing that even he can not prove God does not exist, or in his own words: "God probably does not exist".

On the other hand we can prove God exists!

We humble people have limited capabilities. If you really read the entire KJV1611 Holy Bible you will notice it is so perfect, so extremely consistent, so crystal clear, that no ordinary person could ever have written it. So the sheer quality of the book proves that it is written by someone with capabilities far beyond that of a human being.

Since the Holy Bible clearly could not have been written by a mere mortal and also clearly states to be the word of God: 2 Timothy 3:16 "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness" logic dictates there can be only one conclusion. God exists!

Well what is it going to be? Ignorance or enlightenment?

First off, I do admire your honesty. You really are a True Sinner. So many people come to this forum and think there is nothing wrong with them, but at least you acknowledge you are unsaved scum in need of redemption, so I'll give you that.

There's no such thing as an "open-minded atheist" though. Atheists are all pretty close-minded whenever we present them evidence of God through the King James Bible or in other ways. In fact, they stubbornly cling to their irrational beliefs even when truth is staring them in the face.

I am very interested in getting to the bottom of why fundamentalist believers are so intolerant of others, and why they are prepared to base their whole world view on someone elses opinions and assertations.
Well, first off, you make it sound like "intolerance" is a bad thing. It is not. We are intolerant of anything that disagrees with God, this is true. But before you get all high and mighty on your moral ground, look where intolerance is valued in your life. Would you be "open-minded" to letting a convicted child molester live next door to your family or would you be "intolerant" to it? I think you can see the rationale behind it.

Keeping that in mind, realize that anything that is anti-Christian can lead you to hell, so we are in essence, intolerant of anything that can lead a person to hell. We do not want to go to hell. Nor do we want to be tempted to. So, wouldn't it make sense for us to be intolerant towards anything that could lead us astray and on the road to damnation?

So far your forum has made for interesting reading, I think you should all chill out a little, smoke a bowl, stop damning people to hell or inventing batshit insane things to do to people who disagree etc etc
    1) We will not "chill out". Revelation 3:16 says that Christ will reject anyone who is not fervent.
    2) Smoking a bowl is anti-Biblical, and I won't get into the myriad of Bible verses that are against that demon drug, but you can find them here searching the forums.
    3) We don't damn people to Hell, Jesus does. We warn people about going to Hell, there is a difference.
    4) We don't invent "bat*** insane things", we simply follow the Bible. Are you calling God bat**** insane?

... but then I'm an unsaved, death-zombie, demon fag from hell so I don't suppose my advice is really gonna float for long in these parts.
Yes, this is true. Again, I admire your honesty.

Ah well, your loss in the end.
No, it is your loss. I am glad you contacted us before you died and went straight to hell because now you have a chance to accept Christ as your savior and turn your life around.

(ps- what is it with all the trademark logos? You guys seem to have copywritten a load of stuff... what's that all about?)
At the advice of our lawyers and pastors, we thought it is best to clarify that certain things should be under legal protection. For example, any unsaved Joe Schmoe can claim he is a "True Christian", when he is not, which is why only members of Landover Baptist are True Christians(tm). Or some people claim to be "saved", when they are not, which is why only True Christians(tm) can be Saved(r). Does that make sense?

    True Sinner™

Hello all, have been asked to introduce myself...

I am here as a result of equal amounts of curiosity and dismay.

I am not religious, call me an open minded atheist... I just need proof that I can verify with my own experience and I'll believe anything. Until then all is pure conjecture.

I am very interested in getting to the bottom of why fundamentalist believers are so intolerant of others, and why they are prepared to base their whole world view on someone elses opinions and assertations.

Ah well, your loss in the end.

    Peace
