Re: I seek God's acceptance
I didn't phrase my question properly. It says that God hates six things but seven are an abomination. Which of the seven is the one that God doesn't hate?

17A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,
18An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,
19A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.
According to what i have read in the Bible, all of the above mentioned sins are an abomination to God.

Oh dear. It seems you have a rather naive view on what the Word of God actually says.Originally posted by landoverbaptist<3 View PostMy name is J, and my relationship with Jesus is not sure..
But I believe that Jesus loves everybody no matter what they have done or who they are. Every race, and every sexual orientation. There is no just thing as sin, only faith. WOO!(:
If you wouldn't mind, make an introduction for yourself. I would like to know you better and read more about your walk with God.

Re: I seek God's acceptance
A cautious welcome, Mr. Seven. If you truly seek God's acceptance then you'll find plenty of guidance here. I recommend Brother V's Bible in a Year as a good place to start.

Written in the Book of Proverbs 6:16-19 and as i recall, also in the KJV, although memory serves me bad and i can be unsure. If i am, just let me know.

Re: I seek God's acceptance
What you say is true, brother. Unfortunately i have only begun to delve into the KJV1611 and I am currently studying God's words with thoroughness. Before i discovered the KJV1611, the aforementioned scripture used to be my favorite, and i am grateful that you've teached me the rightful words of God.Originally posted by Billy Bob Jenkins View PostI don't know what foul book you are using, but the KJV1611 is the True Word of God©.
1 John 4:7 (King James Version) Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.
As i mentioned, my defiled homeland of denmark doesn't encourage the true teachings of god, which is the main reason I've wanted to join a forum such as yours. I still understand your skepticism, though i still hope that you can accept me as one of your own.
