    Welcome Kassandra!
I'm relatively new here myself. Although I'm not a witch and I don't practice witchcraft, you have been nothing but kind and respectful to everyone here, so there's really no reason for me to flame you.

(Word of advice: although I'm sure you are a very smart woman (womyn?) and you're probably just trying to be kind to the members here instead of speaking negatively, but... you do realize that by "fall festivities" that they keep inviting you to, that they're really talking about a "witch hunt", right?)

    Again, welcome!

Though the pastor is truly a great and powerful wizard as evidenced by his warding spell, it does leave me to wonder if there is a more powerful spirit he could be drawing his power from.

Blessed be, my magyck-using Christian friends

    So, foul hag.

Do you practice bone, blood or familiar magic? Or perhaps you just draw power directly from Satan.

You claimed elsewhere to use necromancy. Therefore, I assume you're employing bones. How vile.

You're lucky I don't know where you are, witch, or I would bind you with a silver chain and imprison you in a pit where you belong. Anyone less kind than me would just burn you at the stake and/or cut out your blackened heart and feed it to the dogs.

Both of which would assure you can't return from the dead as you and your abhuman brethren frequently do. Disgusting is the only word I have to describe you and your like.

Such as that filthy hag Shirley Phelp.

Pastor Zeke, as one magyckal practitioner to another, I would just like to commend you on your incantation. Binding the aether into the message board through the veil of Seven (the most magyckal number there is) was truly an inspired move on your part. I have no doubt that your God provides his warriors with powerful magyck, but I promise you, I am here for nothing more than a peaceful, interfaith dialogue

Correct me if I'm wrong sir, but wasn't your religion hopelessly corrupted until right around 1611? Of course, if we are in a contest regarding the number of years since a religion was rediscovered, I may have to concede defeat.

Well, you guys are the experts on Christianity here, so I may have to concede defeat again!

I am interested in learning more however. I was wondering if you could please point me towards the right direction in learning about King David's views on witches. Thanks in advance!

And this is why I wish to learn more friend. I admit, I am no expert in Christianity, but it seems to me from what I have read that your God is quite the powerful spirit. And he seems to have a bit of a predisposition toward using mortals as playthings. Again, please correct me if I am wrong.

Blessed be, my peaceful and tolerant Christian friends

A WITCH!! SWEET JESUS!! A WITCH!

    Father,
In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, I plead the precious uncorruptable blood of Jesus over myself and my church and everything that belongs to us. I ask for giant warrior Angels to be loosed from Heaven to surround and protect us. As your war club and weapons of war I break down, undamn, and blow up all walls of protection around all witches, warlocks, wizards, satanists, and the like, and I break the power of all curses, hexes, vexes, spells, charms, fetishes, physic prayers, physic thought, all witchcraft, sorcery, magic, voodoo, all mind control, jinxes, potions, bewitchments, death, destruction, sickness, pain, torment, physic power, physic warfare, prayer chains, and everything else being sent my way or my family members way, and I return it and the demons to the senders right now!, SEVENFOLD, and I BIND it to them by the Blood of Jesus!

Father, I pray that these lost souls will find the light of your son Jesus.. Their own snares and traps have been set against themselves.. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth I now loose them from all mindcontrol of satan!.. Father I also ask that you Bind the Holy Spirit to there hearts as a guide to your son Jesus.. So they may be set free from the bondages of satan.

    In Jesus name I pray..
    Amen

No! No! You tree hugging harlot!

God is not malevolent; we humans are the evil ones because God created us that way!!! The very fact God allows us to exist shows the dept of God's love for us. We humans deserve to burn in Hell!!! God is being kind when He punishes us!

This is so simple and clear, why is this so hard for you to understand?

As above and so below Christians, I think it was truly the hand of the Horned God that has led me to such a tolerant community that is so willing to help me with my religious questioning.

I do not understand what this "rib of Adam" means. Wicca is a proud and noble tradition that hearkens back to the old Gaelic pagan beliefs. And as we Wiccans believe "An it harm none, do what thou wilt" the fornication is only a side benefit.

By the way, what are you up to these days, around 195 maybe 200?
Asking a lady her weight? Though it would be improper to give you an exact number, I can promise you my diet of herbal tea, mandrake, and cough syrup keeps me quite svelte

I think you should come to Freehold for the fall festival. All that running you would do might do you some good.
I do appreciate the invitation surely, and may take it up one of these years!

But as I've explained previously, I am working some major fertility magyck with some of my brothers and sisters in the coven on the eve of Samhain, so unfortunately I will be unable to attend.

And how did that turn out for Saul?

I think you may have misunderstood friend. I meant that it was a personal fertility ritual. I can't give out the details, but I can assure you only I was involved.

God is perfect and all powerful! Do you think your feeble little false gods can defeat the Unconditional Love of our God when moves to squash mortals like insignificant bugs?

You see, that is Witchcraft is missing: TRUE love! Like Job, you only understand love when you are saying "Oh God no!"

Now, your God creates a problem, and you pray to him so that he removes said problem. And magyck is when, instead of asking the entity that created the problem in the first place (which makes me wonder why he would help), you "cut out the middleman" as it were and directly remove the problem using the Craft?

NO! Don't be absurd! A prayer is a petition to God Almighty for Him to fix some problem that He is in perfect and ineffable wisdom created in the first place. Your magic is just begging groveling before some false god to fix your petty problems.

    Look at it this way

    Prayer: God created the problem

Magic: the spirit or false god did not creat the problem.

    You see?

Why is the difference so hard for you to see???

Now don't you have some statue to cavort naked in front of like a harlot?

On a sidenote, I wonder why so many people are making Star Wars allusions. Have they been watching too many Sci-Fi movies and forgot this verse?

"Then said Saul unto his servants, Seek me a woman that hath a familiar spirit, that I may go to her, and enquire of her. And his servants said to him, Behold, there is a woman that hath a familiar spirit at Endor."

I've chosen my name because the Witch of Endor is a fine example of what liberated womyn who practice the Craft can achieve. Being visited by kings and what-not for advice.

Blessed be, my curiously knowledgeable-about-Wicca Christian friends
