I do believe there are no archaeologists nor any historians who would disagree that Wicca is a new "religion". Didn't you read what I just wrote above?

Despite your bleatings to the contrary, Wicca is an altogether new religion. It's wishful, uninformed thinking to believe there's a continuous history from the time of the ancient Celts and your New Age covens. There are no coherent traditions from those times. You've all just slapped together some of what we know of those traditions, re-tooled them and given it all a new name: Wicca.

Dear Idiot:

Wicca was created by Gerald Gardner, a British postal worker, in 1954.

The bulk of his rituals were plagiarized from Aleister Crowley's Ordo Templis Orientalis, but Gardner claimed to have learned everything from a mysterious woman whom nobody could find.

Much like Joseph Smith read the Book of Mormon from gold tablets that nobody else ever saw.

Wicca has more recently been popularized by Silverbunny Ravenfluff, author of "Teen Witch" and other idiotic drivel aimed at a witless and gullible audience. Shall I assume you've read it?

Silverbunny Ravenfluff herself acknowledges that Wicca is a new "religion" (see quote below).

How much of Wicca can be traced to the Celts?
