Ah, I just finished reading through all your WONDERFUL posts.......

Nah, I can't keep it up anymore. I'm not who you think I am. I'm really just a normal person with a different viewpoint on life.

I'll ask you though. Is the only way to see God how you say he can be seen? Why have you trademarked the name True Christian, and copyrighted God? It seems wrong to try and restrict words that everyone in the human race is entitled to. The idea of religion is finding God through your own interpretations of various religious scripts. If you say one can only go to heaven if you stringently follow the rules of a Man who has taken the words of any religious script for his own, well, I can point you to tyrants in world history who've done the same thing.

Sadly though, if you think this is legit, you will be too busy rolling in your own vitriol and attacking me with zealotry, calling me a demon or satan bound and some such nonsense. Before you do though, I just want you to think on the subject of Tolerance. Are you tolerant of other ideas, or must they be eliminated because the go against your own? If you answered yes to that question, that makes you an extremist.

Anyways, I'm done here. I'm sure people have tried to explain before, but either you gents are commited to your act, or you're people I can't comprehend. May you find peace in your concept of religion, just as I've found peace in myself.

My pastor has personally told me that the Bible is written in a progressive way and that its climax is the New Testament. The Most Important part of the Bible is Jesus's life and example, and he did not do what you are doing right now.

Your "pastor" is a charlatan and is doing you a disservice, one which will end with you writhing for eternity in a Lake of Fire©. He is picking and choosing instead of taking the KJV as a whole, and in the meantime is gambling with your afterlife...this is high stakes stuff, and GOD NEVER LOSES.

"All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness." (2 Timothy 3:16)

ALL OF IT. Not simply the fluffy bunny selections.

And frankly, I think anyone who uses "Bible" and "climax" in the same sentence is perverted.

Have I said anything in that post that you can call me "wrong" for? To begin with, I did not call any of you wrong, but... childish; you keep insulting atheists (other religions are even worse than atheism) in response to their critics or offensive comments in the forums. This, Landover Baptist Church, is our church and our forum. We cannot be trolls if we are discussing our beliefs with like minded True Christians™. The worst you can say is that we are preaching to the choir, which is something that scripture tells us to do.

None stands back and keeps telling each other he/she is wrong, whatever the basis is. You feel like you know everything, don't you?

As for your second point, of COURSE I don't know everything...I'm only on my 4th read-through of the KJV, and to be quite honest I've taken a bonk or two to the noggin over the years (primarily in the Defense of Liberty© but also a couple of horrific skateboarding accidents), so it doesn't all "stick."

Even so, I can provide a scriptural basis for everything I've said in this thread*...can YOU?
