When applying for university; you access the online service, input your details and your WACE student number. I applied to each university for Computer Systems Engineering and have been offered 3 of 5 spots
What the hell is a spot? Do you mean that you signed up for 5 courses and only 3 of those 5 classes had not been filled? And what position do you sit in? Can you draw a diagram of the chair arrangement? Sister MitzaLizalor can you translate Kota's Austrian for me?

I must confess I don't understand exactly what quarantine is around here. I would assume it has something to do with preventing these sickos from transmitting AIDS and other air-borne illnesses?

God truly moves in mysterious ways.

(Isaiah 55:8-9) "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are
your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts."

I am a bit mystified, Kotadiatu, that you haven't already been banned from this forum.

I'm saying a prayer against you right now. I'm quite certain you're going to hell, so I don't have to pray for that, but I am praying that God will make you completely aware of just how wrong you are before He casts you into the lake of fire.

I'm praying that as the demons drag you down into that cesspool of eternal torment, you will be fully cognizant of how much it hurt Jesus, and all of us, to hear you say the vile things you've said here.

After a complete review the university may then tentatively accept the high school kid as a student pending proof of financial responsibility. The procedure differs slightly for online universities and mail order universities which advertise on matchbook covers. They may in fact initiate first contact.
You obviously have no idea how to apply for Australian Universities..
You apply for positions at universities on an online service, this service receives all of your marks and the Universities use this for offers and position.
This is for full-time University studies.
Positions and offers?? What kind of screwed up system is that? Normally world round potential students apply for acceptance. Once accepted they may sign up for courses depending upon the degree they want to get. Usually during the first two years the courses are general and a repeat of what you should have learned in high school.

What kind of offers do you get? Are these the kind you might expect in dark back alleys? By positions do you mean they treat Australian students like babies and assign them their seats? Or must you work in a particular position like a cafeteria worker or dorm janitor?

Perhaps you missed my posts where I mentioned I was a college professor. I don't know why you believe you can fool me with your silly assertions of offers and positions.
