Actually, they may NOT have souls...

I didn't say she was equal to my dog did I?

She has to be subservient to me thou doesn't she?

Ephesians 5:22 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.
Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.

Are you still dodging my question?

How many times do we have to show it to you? How many different ways?

    The tenth commandment.

    Exodus 20:17
Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.

"That is thy neighbour's".. Anything that belongs to your neighbor like his wife.

    See this parable of Jesus'.

The woman being property is not the point of the story, but Jesus clearly acknowledges that part of the man's property is his wife. The man has been forced to sell her and his children to pay a debt.

    Matthew 18:25
But forasmuch as he had not to pay, his lord commanded him to be sold, and his wife, and children, and all that he had, and payment to be made.

If seems to me that if Jesus had any problem with that arrangement, it would be the time to speak out against wife selling.

We have answered ALL of your questions, demon, and confounded your false doctrine. We continue to bear with your God-hating cafeteria Christianity. The question is, how long will JESUS bear with you.

    Ideally, we don't have to.

"Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered." (I Peter 3:7)

But if the wives gets out of line, we deal with the womenfolk. It's totally biblical.

Racism is sin. You haven't seen any of that on this Godly site. We respect ALL inferior cultures, as they, too, have their place in God's sovereign plan.

Yes I discipline my wife sometimes, the same way as I discipline my dog. I beat my children often just as God commands.

I have been brought up in a secular society of the UK and it is difficult sometimes to lose secular values that you have been brought up with. Also Jesus says I must follow secular law. So on that basis I cannot sell my daughter. However if Holy law replaced secular law then of course I would consider selling my daughter. I would find it difficult because I have been brought up in an ungodly society but given a chance any Christian should follow Biblical laws rather than secular laws shouldn't they?

Anyway how are you doing with finding scripture that shows that God or Jesus disapproved of slavery?

What does the Bible say about it?

I never beat my wife. An occasional slap on the buttocks or in dire situations an over the knee spanking keeps the house running smoothly.

We're not racist. We give people infractions for using the n-word on this forum when referring to hamites.

Now answer our questions or you will receive infractions.

Why do you disagree with the Bible? How can you call yourself a Christian and continue to spit in Jesus' loving eye?

He died for you. If he hadn't, you would probably be worshiping Zeus or some made up deity instead of the True one from a small province in the Roman empire.

What does God say about it? Turn with me to Exodus 21. The chapter directly after where the 10+ Commandments are given to Moses.

Exodus 21:7-11 And if a man sell his daughter to be a maidservant, she shall not go out as the menservants do.
If she please not her master, who hath betrothed her to himself, then shall he let her be redeemed: to sell her unto a strange nation he shall have no power, seeing he hath dealt deceitfully with her.
And if he have betrothed her unto his son, he shall deal with her after the manner of daughters.
If he take him another wife; her food, her raiment, and her duty of marriage, shall he not diminish.
And if he do not these three unto her, then shall she go out free without money.

Do you disagree? If so, why?

Are you claiming that the Word of God is no longer relevant to our modern society? That sounds rather blasphemous to me.

Are you sure you're a Christian?
