No, I actually like this place. It's active, has a large audience, the forum loads pretty quickly, and it doesn't try to sugarcoat the larger issues, so to speak.

Welcome, young man. In an internet full of false pseudo-"Christians", this forum is like a beacon for those who thirst for fellowship among other like-minded individuals who proclaim the Word exactly as It is written without any perceived need to make things more palatable for unrepentant sinners who expect God to cater to them rather than the other way around.

Even among some Bible-believing congregations, they will water down the message of the Bible in public forums such as this, thinking they are doing the unsaved a favor by trying to lure them with pretty, agreeable notions like a pederast would try to lure supple little boys into their tinted-out black vans with lollipops and nintendos.

They are not doing the unsaved any kindness by withholding the teachings that they will require for Salvation. The way I figure it, if the Word of God drives someone away, then they were never meant to be among His elect in the first place. But for those who do gather to beacons of righteousness such as our forum, it is a place where they can join us in proclaiming the Gospel exactly as it was written, and drawing our as-yet unsaved brothers and sisters who God has preordained to stand among the elect.

Amen, brother! So many don't understand how simple it is for God to know the outcome without predetermining it. It's called omniscience. Just because God made you and everything else and knows exactly what will happen to all of us doesn't mean we don't have free will.

Just because He knows what choices we'll make doesn't make our choices not our own. Every last one of us chooses Heaven or Hell on his or her own.

Excellent response! And so you also recognize that God, knowing everything, knows exactly what will convince atheists to abandon Him, yet doesn't shelter them from it. Likewise He knows what evidence would convince them to turn to Him . . . and He refuses to provide what they require.

So you accept that God knowingly and willingly deprives all atheists, Muslims, Buddhists, Wiccans, neo-Pagans, agnostics, New-Agers, Oprahists, homosexuals, Hindus, adulterers, Shintoists, etc. of whatever they'd need to avoid eternity in His Lake of Fire.
