    You don't get to judge GOD. GOD judges you!

    And the time you have to repent is relatively short.You never know when it's already too late, so embrace JESUS.

    PRAISE THE LORD!

    Do you have any basis for your beliefs beyond what feels good? Say what you like about the Landover Baptists' "path to spirituality," but they can explain to you not only what they believe, but why.

    Nonsense. There is no way to run in space.

    Anyone who talks about a "path to spirituality" knows they don't have the truth.

    And you neglected to answer Zeke's question about the basis of your "faith". What evidence has this "god" of yours ever shown for it's existence?

    It would make much more of a difference if you had been off the Earth or if you were traveling at high speeds (preferably close to the speed of light).

    In the second case, the race would take longer than 45 minutes and 30 seconds.
    You think that if you ran a 10k race at CLOSE TO THE SPEED OF LIGHT it would take longer than 45 minutes and 30 seconds?

    10k is close enough to 6 miles; at 186,000 miles per second, would take about (6/186000) = 0.000032 seconds.

    I want to know your god's name, and where he comes from. What has he created? Who created him? Does he have a book about him?

    You can't just pull gods out of your ass you know.

    Correction - Movement is kinetic energy, heat is the movement of atoms.

    And it might be possible that godmockers are not heat-resistant at all.

    I looked at my own watch for verification, and I finished exactly 45 minutes and 30 seconds after I started.

    I also checked the internet site for the official results. Guess what? 45 min and 30 seconds... Nothing relative about that.

    I will tell you what is relative- HEAT. As in the heat from will light a Godmocker up in relatively no time.

    My greetings, 42.

    I can see that you are a Douglas Adams fan. OK with that.

    I think that another character of his, the detective Dirk Gently, reflects very well your situation here in the LBC Forum. Let's see:

    "... A few turnings later and I was thoroughly lost. There is a school of thought which says that you should consult a map on these occasions, but to such people I merely say, 'Ha! What if you have no map to consult? What if you have a map but it's of the Dordogne?' My own strategy is to find a car, or the nearest equivalent, which looks as if it knows where it is going and follow it. I rarely end up where I was intending to go, but often I end up somewhere that I needed to be. So what do you say to that?" (Adams, The Ling Dark Tea-time of the Soul, p. 153)

    I can see you on that car and the True Christians as the one you're about to start following. And you might end up WHERE YOU NEEDED TO BE. You don't have the map but it is here and available for you, the KJV. Matthew 18:11.

    Thus, a cautious welcome! When you think about it, maybe, just maybe the LORD led you to introduce yourself here.

    Yours in Christ,

    Elmer

    I don't like to force beliefs because that's annoying and assholish.
    Nobody is forcing anything, we proclaim what GOD unerringly stated.

    It's for you to follow GOD's law (, or burn in hell).

    You don't get to choose, you don't get to paint "a god" you'd prefer, there is but GOD and he's no LIEberal cartoon.

    Nahum 1:2

    God is jealous, and the Lord revengeth;
    The Lord revengeth, and is furious;
    The Lord will take vengeance on his adversaries,
    And he reserveth wrath for his enemies.

    Read the KJV, GOD has always been like this and you've been too wrapped up in yourself to notice.

    PRAY TO JESUS!
