Im in need of guidance, please help

Hi, Im new here. I need a helping hand because I have a big problem. I go to a nice baptist church in a very small town in Missouri. We all know and love each other and are a very close church family. Recently, I traveled to several colleges outside of my state and fell in love with a few of them. One in particular, has a wide variety of choices and people. I was introduced to a very nice fellow who appeared to have all the same interests, likes and dislikes as me and we became good friends. He is very religious too, and says he wants to visit me and my church back home in Missouri. The only problem is, is that he is of a different race. I dont know how my church family will react because they arent used to seeing anyone outside of our own kind. I need guidance and help and insight on what to do, I dont want to dissapoint my new friend. Please, can anyone pray for me, and help me decide what to do. Thanks for all who helps.

We're a church, not Dear Abby, so don't expect us to be able to solve your problem with some glib answer that involves no effort on your part.

If you want to marry a darkie, marry a darkie. There are plenty of Baptist churches, like Landover, that are not racist and will accomodate your unusual choice of mate. At Landover, we even have a special section of our church designe to accomodate the spiritual needs of our servants and sharecroppers.

You have a more important problem, however, and that's that you obviously have not made yourself right with the Lord. If you ask Jesus sincerely to forgive you, he will forgive you, and so will we.

The last time we torched a coven's hideaway, we had the most lovely weenie roast, and s'mores! The kids LOVED it, and it was a great way for families to bond in Jesus.
