    We could be friends, Hitoshi, but I still don't trust any Japs after the Pearl Harbor attacks. I remember when I was a little boy, seeing those images, they are still seared into my mind...you should be ashamed!

      You were in WW2?

      And just because someone was born from someone else that may have been deceitful, does not mean that the children of said people are the same. That is a stereotype, and all stereotypes have negative affects on people, no matter who you are. You might say that every Japanese person is a rice farmer, while they could come back and say that all white people are trailer trash.

        Unfortunately I was too young to fight in WW2. I wasn't yet a teenager, but you can bet I was ready to go off to war! Recruiters wouldn't take me, though..said I was too young.

          OK, I can live (just) with the green font (even when it turns out to be Palatino, which is Russian for "very gay"). Or your constant background waffling.

          All fine to me.

          But I can NOT live with the word "affect". Or with the nips supposedly knowing the term tlailel tlash.
