I wish scientists would leave nature and the universe alone. Sure, they have done some amazing things, not as much as the Lord has done, granted, but it just seems as though this whole "blackhole" mess will be yet another thing to expect come 2012.

I wish scientists would leave nature and the universe alone. Sure, they have done some amazing things, not as much as the Lord has done, granted, but it just seems as though this whole "blackhole" mess will be yet another thing to expect come 2012.
Some things are meant to be a mystery.

Research like this is mainly driven by the industries because the people want more and more. They want faster computers, better digital camera's and so on. But to build stuff like this they have to do revolutionary things in terms of design and production. The miniaturization of all high tech stuff means they have to search in terms of smaller items, the smaller the components in a computer the faster it can go but the industry can only provide this to a limit. So they have to explore the smallest known matter we know to see if they can gain some information that can lead to building smaller and smaller things. The Hadron Collider learns the scientist what can be done with small particles and while at this moment it has no practical use in terms of production it might lead to yet another standard in hightech applications. These scientist have no intention to play God, they only want to see how far they can go and look how the smallest matter works.

I noticed he shut is filthy mouth up about me being evil, dirty, a bad omen, gloomy and grotesque. Obviously, he now realizes that I am white, but is just too proud to admit it. I know this is going to really bite him to the core, but that makes victory number 81. These debates with poor Teflon are getting easier and easier. This is another example of why we need prayer in the classroom. Not only has the system failed Teflon, but so has his parents. They are partly responsible for his childish behavior for not bringing his up properly. Hopefully we can guide him to Jesus so that he doesn't burn in Hell with his horrible parents.
