  • Autobiography of a Yogi

I was raised in a household where religion wasn't pressed upon me. I was simply told about it and was not forced to pick a certain one. My father has come across a book in his life time called Autobiography of a Yogi. I am interested in this book too and would like your opinion on it.

As I have not read or heard of this book, I can only assume it is full of heresy and blasphemy. If I were you, I'd stick with a copy of the KJAV 1611 Bible!

I guess it depends on what pressing you have, but for me it burns longer than any Harry Potter novel.

One thing to consider here is that all those Indians have unpronounceable names, not to mention that the whole Indian sub-continent is a cesspool of filth, poverty and false religions. The ignorant hindaloos have some of the most despicable practices on the planet, like sucking up the filthy water of the Ganges River (which they view to be "holy") into their bowels through a "yogi" process known a reverse peristalsis. The nation is full of starving people, yet they have sacred cows wandering the streets that could make perfectly good steaks and hamburgers (not to mention an excellent Beef Vindaloo on the menu of an Indian restaurant).

Now to be perfectly honest, why would anyone seek "spiritual enlightenment" from such a wretched culture? About the only time these Indians make any money is when they migrate over here and sell their "yogi" books to some stupid Godless hot tub wrinkled California nutbags.

The book is written by Paramhansa Yogananda who became and is a Christian.

I highly doubt that. I've always said it's easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for an ethnic to enter into the kingdom of God.

So you're saying you don't want people to turn to Jesus? Even if they are from a different land?

Where did I say that? Your turban must have slipped down over your eyes a few times while reading my post. I mean I'm happy for you that you can read. I know how hard it is for you people. Your comprehension is lacking, though.

Sorry. You implied that you don't want Hindus to become Christian and be saved by Jesus.

And I'm not Hindu and take offense to what you said about "my turban must have slipped down over my eyes".

Lots of people become "Christians", in fact millions of them. In our experience most of them are false Christians, like the cathylicks. Your best bet is to pay attention to the one True original, unexpurgated book – The Bible (KJV1611).
