  • hi I am revoldog and some things to say.

Hello, I am not a christian. Before the admins get the ban hammer ready, please here me out. God has told you to respect and love everyone equally and treat your neighbor how you would treat yourself. If you don't follow that rule, how can you follow any. I want to tell you why I think what what I think. Wouldn't that be nice to know why on earth someone wouldn't worship our perfect god? Well I will tell you why I do not. The first reason is because by your standards, he could not exist. He is supposed to be a omnipotent, or all powerful, but also omnibenovolent, meaning all good. But God is not all good. He killed many people, and that is a sin, no matter how it's looked at. God created our "perfect" earth, but it is flawed, because our earth takes countless lives from disasters such as earthquakes, tornados, hurricanes, volcanoes, and many things far from human control. And worst of all, he lied to us. He said we have free will. But the problem with free will is, since God knows everything, before you even do it, how can it be free will? This is called pre determined free will. Meaning your all God's puppets and have done exactly what he determined you to do. And also, all of you will burn in hell for not following the simple rule of God, loving all, no matter what. That is all I got to say.

    Dear Sinner,

Let us see the simple rule of God not based on your unreliable memory but on God's own Word!

    Matthew 7:12
Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.

    Luke 6:31
And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise.

Now, if I was losing my Faith in God and Jesus I would like my True Christian™ Brethren to chastise me with all means possible. No matter how harsh words, humiliation or coercion they used, it would still be worth it because of the Reward, Heaven.

How wonderful is that?! Now, what's your Favorite Verse?

    Yours in Christ,

    Elmer
2 Kings 18:25 - Am I now come up without the LORD against this place to destroy it? The LORD said to me, Go up against this land, and destroy it.

But God is not all good.
Aren't you putting your heart above God? God is the one that decides what is good. Technically, God cannot commit evil.

And worst of all, he lied to us. He said we have free will.
Can you provide a Bible verse to that effect? I don't think God ever said any such thing. He says the opposite:
      Romans 9: 21:
Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour?
Acts 13:8 And said, O full of all subtilty and all mischief, thou child of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord?

Goodness, there's so much to unpack in here. The flawed arguments and lack of logic is quite dense in this little soliloquy. I don't know whether to start with just who our neighbor is, or why you are worried about God not being good but not about His being Just, or the silly little treatise about free will. But we can work through this, can't we? I mean, we're so happy to have you visit because it means we have the opportunity to share with you the Real Jesus Christ, not the image you've been sold!
Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! Re: hi I am revoldog and some things to say.

Friend, I am just a simple man, as obviously you are. But why do you hate God? He created you and permits you to live, you owe him your very life. Tomorrow, 6/18/2/17 is His day, not only is a Sunday, but it is Fathers day and we are all his progeny. If it were not for God, you could not deny His existence.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.
