China LOVES Little Boy Pee

Traditional chefs in China are hoping their local speciality - spring eggs hardboiled in boys' urine - will catch on worldwide.

The dish has been a local delicacy in Dongyang, Zhejiang province, eastern China, for thousands of years.

Now culture officials want to spread the gospel about the recipe which they hope to export to other countries.

"The urine is gathered from local schools and the very best comes from boys under 10 years old. They pee in buckets and we collect it fresh every day," explained chef Lu Ming.

Then the eggs - which have official cultural significance status - are boiled in the urine, first with their shells on and then with them off for a day and a night before they're ready to be eaten.

"The eggs are delicious and healthy. They stop fevers and can help you concentrate if you're feeling sluggish or sleepy," said Ming.

"We are having a big export push because we want people outside China to fully appreciate the delicacy of our cuisine."

Naturally, if consenting adults want to drink their own pee and consume their own dung in accordance with God's Word, I will not fault them for it:

12But Rabshakeh said, Hath my master sent me to thy master and to thee to speak these words? hath he not sent me to the men that sit upon the wall, that they may eat their own dung, and drink their own piss with you?

But collecting the pee of little Chinese school boys? And boiling eggs in it? I sense the perverted hand of the Catholic Church!

Heck, I'll bet they even use boiling pee to prepare shellfish!

The devil has long been introducing the Chinamen to papistry, bit by bit. He has even tricked them into Mary-hailing:

At their most basic, Guanyin and Mary certainly shared the same core cultural values of filial piety and feminine chastity. Some other attributes of Guanyin were the moon, a vase of pure water, and a white parrot (a folk symbol of filial devotion). Similarities to the Madonna of the Revelation, with her crescent moon, or to the Virgin depicted with the white Dove of the Holy Spirit, were immediately apparent.

Given the fact that Guanyin is a filthy transsexual, I'm not at all surprised to learn there's a connection to Catholicism!

The Bodhisattva was introduced into China via the Silk Road and initially, Guan Yin was presented in male form. As Buddhism became localized in China, Guan Yin was sinicised and subsequently transformed into Chinese female form.

This is called "traditional Chinese medicine".

As such, it falls under the ridiculous superstition and unproven woo studied at great American taxpayer expense by the "National Center for Complimentary and Alternative Medicine".

They don't seem to have "piss eggs" on the list along with acupuncture and random herbs, but I'm sure they'll be there soon.

How long before we see NCCAM conducting taxpayer-funded studies to determine the efficacy of piss-soaked eggs on fevers and concentration? When they come up with the same result as acupuncture (no better than placebo, for any purpose, but an increased risk of staph infections), how many more years will they continue to extol the non-existent benefits and spend even more money trying to prove an effect exists?

There is little I hate more than people who simply refuse to accept that just because they want something to be there, won't make it exist.

Right you are, Reverend. What we True Christians™ understand, but the Chinamen and the Chinaman-enablers at NIH don't, is that reality exists and owes nothing to anyone's feelings about it. The mere fact that lots of people want to believe in a particular form of nonsense doesn't make it any less nonsensical, and it certainly doesn't entitle that nonsense to special favors from the government.
