This time this drooling simp is mad because he has a permanent case of Montezuma's revenge.
Of course they aren't second-class citizens! They aren't even third-class, are they?
Well anyway I like it when they hire the retardeds, because it keeps them off the streets. I don't like to look at them, so they should keep them back in the stockroom out of site.
Worker With Down Syndrome Says He Was Harassed
At N.Y. Wal-Mart
A man with Down syndrome says he was threatened and ridiculed by fellow Wal-Mart workers.
Brentwood resident John C. Runza, who worked at the Islandia Wal-Mart from December 2004 to May 2006, says he also was harassed due to his irritable bowel syndrome.
He seeks unspecified damages.
"While we can't comment on a pending lawsuit, I can tell you that the facts, as they have been described, are not correct," John Simley, spokesman for the Arkansas-based company, said Friday.
Runza's lawyer won a $7.5 million verdict last year over the job reassignment of Wal-Mart worker Patrick S. Brady of Centereach, who has cerebral palsy. A judge reduced the award to $900,000. Wal-Mart is appealing.
"When is Wal-Mart going to learn that you can't treat people with disabilities as second-class citizens?" said the man's lawyer, Douglas H. Wigdor
