  • Christian Heroes

Brothers and Sisters, we all appreciate having people* to look up to.

While we at Landover can look up to one another and our Pastors, people outside of our community also need role models.

Here I nominate one Christian Hero, who perhaps would be worthy of the title of True Christian(tm) Emeritus or possibly an honorary degree from Landover Baptist University.

Of course, I'm speaking of Jim D. Adkisson, a fine gentleman who ignored the laws of the United States so he could follow God's Law, slaughtering Unitarians while they prayed to the false hippie love god of their sodomite-supporting imaginations!

Police: Man shot churchgoers over liberal views

By DUNCAN MANSFIELD, Associated Press Writer 12 minutes ago

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - An out-of-work truck driver accused of opening fire at a Unitarian church, killing two people, left behind a note suggesting that he targeted the congregation out of hatred for its liberal policies, including its acceptance of gays, authorities said Monday.

A four-page letter found in Jim D. Adkisson's small SUV indicated he intentionally targeted the Tennessee Valley Unitarian Universalist Church because, the police chief said, "he hated the liberal movement" and was upset with "liberals in general as well as gays."
As you can see, Mr. Adkisson was beaten brutally by the S/M loving sodomites at this "church" of depravity! This Christian Hero will face a sodomite-loving jury, and will probably spend the rest of his life in prison.

How can we fail to respect his actions in the Lord's Name, even if the man is not a Saved(c) True Christian(tm)?

I only hope that the four-page letter mentioned bears out his love for Jesus and desire that the United States follow all of God's Laws.

(Thanks to Mother Glynndie for bringing this man's heroic dedication to our attention!)

*Jesus, being one face of our three-faced Creator, is not being counted by me as a "person" for purposes of this thread.

You people are totally and irredeemably sick. No person of conscience would possibly find anything positive in these events. We Unitarians don't much care for your brand of Christianity, but that doesn't mean we would applaud someone who went on a murderous rampage at Landover.

What ever happened to Thou shalt not kill? Whatever happened to the commandment to follow the law expressed in 1 Peter 2:13-17,

Submit yourselves for the Lord's sake to every authority instituted among men
In the candlelight vigil we are holding tonight for the victims of this senseless tragedy, I'll add a special prayer that you eyes will be opened to the basic decency and humanity that Christ preached.
...as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. Colossians 3:12-14 (emphasis mine)

BarrKingMad, you may recall during the early days of the so-called "civil rights movement", churches left and right (literally) disobeyed the secular law for protests. This was to raise consciousness of issues.

Well, were they wrong? Do you condemn them?

          .

Tell it to your father the Devil...

EZEKIEL 9:4 And the LORD said unto him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof.
9:5 And to the others he said in mine hearing, Go ye after him through the city, and smite: let not your eye spare, neither have ye pity:
9:6 Slay utterly old [and] young, both maids, and little children, and women: but come not near any man upon whom [is] the mark; and begin at my sanctuary. Then they began at the ancient men which [were] before the house.

It was totally foreseeable. It happened during a performance of "Annie," which is a play about some little harlot who cuts her hair prances around and never goes to church once. And everyone knows that Unitarians can't sing.

No proper Christian chancing across a bunch of homo enablers putting on this sinful and off-key spectacle could avoid going back to his pick-up and fetching his rifle, same as if he came across a Wiccans worshiping Satan or a couple of coloreds sneaking out of his neighbor's garage. They provoked the whole thing.

What ever happened to putting effort into your work? I'm not talking about dressing up like a villain from a comic book but a simple manifesto would be nice. 100 pages minimum, handwritten in one of those science notebooks with the hard black cover.

                    Re: Christian Heroes

Since the shooting, I've been searching multiple Unitard message boards, hoping that some of these limp-wrists have seen the clear message from Jesus in the events of the 28th.

I would expect righteous anger and wrath leveled against the shooter. Instead? It appears that these Loosertarians were emasculated long ago. Nowhere do I see the expected, "Jail is too good for this psycho!" Instead, it would seem that these darkie lovers would welcome another shooting!

In reaction to the shooting, they are opening doors to churches that used to be locked! To men entering their churches in suspiciously long jackets, they are offering their overcoats! One pastor wrote,

After a long day spent preparing the morrow's sermon, I left the church, and was suddenly apprehended by a local tough who demanded I accompany he him to the next cash machine, about a mile down 19th. It turned out that the ATM was broken, so I offered to walk to 35th, the closest ATM I knew of.
With this attitude, these idiots can certainly not be long on this Earth.
Acts 13:8 And said, O full of all subtilty and all mischief, thou child of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord?

Condemn them? Heck, my parents took me down south when they were in the Civil Rights Movement. I do not condemn them for supporting civil rights, or for disobeying the law to do so--I admire them for that. However, they were NOT following the Bible's injunction to obey civil law.

What's more important to you, following the Bible or following the dictates of your conscience? If it's the former, then supporting these brutal murders is hypocrisy. If it's the latter, then I just feel sorry for you that your conscience condones senseless killings.

BTW, I have some compassion for the perpetrator. He must have been a lost soul, someone who slipped into one of the crevasses that litter our social safety net, probably someone who was himself victimized by violence. I said a prayer and lit a candle for him, too.

Christian biker gang members charged with attempted murder

By Francisco Vara-Orta, Los Angeles Times Staff Writer
                        9:46 AM PDT, August 6, 2008

Officers arrested eight members of an Anaheim biker gang and charged them with attempted murder this morning as part of an ongoing operation, authorities said.

The charges stem from a fight last week at a Newport Beach bar between two biker gangs, said Anaheim police Sgt. Tim Schmidt.

The group arrested this morning are members of a Christian biker gang named Set Free Soldiers, and the victims are members of the Hells Angels, Schmidt said.

The operation, which included SWAT teams, began about 5 a.m. today, Schmidt said. No injuries were reported, Schmidt said, adding that officers served 11 warrants, all on attempted murder charges.

On their website, Set Free Soldiers describe themselves as "a group of men who Love Jesus and Love to Ride Hard. We are not your normal motorcycle club. Some say we are too Good for the Bad guys, and too Bad for the Good guys." "We don't argue that," the statement says. "All we Soldiers know is that we take care of our own and help plenty of others along the way. We try to live Right in this Wrong world and let our light shine wherever we may go."

In addition to videos of the group in action, including some showing members in fistfights with other people, the site offers apparel for sale. A onesie for babies with the words "Soldier Made" written on the front in faux alphabet blocks sells for $30.

The address given for those wishing to buy items is in the same Anaheim block raided this morning by authorities.
