Of course not. The water is being held in by the firmament, the solid dome that covers the earth.

If they world were indeed round and there was no solid dome holding it together, then indeed all of the oceans would fall away.

2. If you keep flying in one direction, you will end up where you started. Please explain.

No you won't. That's ridiculous. Even if the world were round, if you kept flying in one direction, you would fly straight off the surface of the earth and out of the atmosphere.

No, when people travel the world they are going in a circle, constantly turning. Not going in one direction.

Why not read the Bible passage in context. It clearly says, "The fearful and unbelieving". So it means unbelievers who are fearful.

I will now tell you why you are wrong.

He wasn't proven wrong. His equations were ever so slightly off but the basis remains the same.
Christians didn't prove anything. The definition of faith is belief in something that has no evidence.
The entire scientific community credits him with discovering gravity. Don't talk sh*t.

The KJV of the Holy Bible is our Truth, Law and is an Accurate Account of recorded history that you refuse to believe. Even having no known and viable comparison for a historic text dating dating back as far and with such detailed accuracy. The history and reliabilty of The KJV of the Holy Bible supersedes and is beyond comparible to the reliability of the sun's rise, as historic accounts of the sun's own creation are seen in Genesis 1:3-5 and even it's eventual uselessness are seen in Revelation 21:23 & Revelation 22:5, and are told by God therein.

My rhetoric question and Biblical example therefore proves as well as defines your own definition of faith as being flawed, hindering and nullifying your own reason and logic. Clearly, not having understood those who you question's perspective.

All objects exert a gravitational force from their center of mass. The Earth's center of mass is inside it, and thus, all objects on Earth are pulled toward the center of the Earth.

That's why the water doesn't fall off the Earth.

A car is a motorized cart, carts are mentioned in the Bible. I can jack a car up, take it apart and see how it works. This is technology, not science.

Now please explain a simple experiment that proves your theories. Ones that don't involve multi-million dollar pieces of equipment that we can't afford. Science is just a bunch of geeks trying to make themselves sound important by arguing with each other about things that have absolutely no relativity to God, life or the world. In fact, most of them hate God so much that they'll believe ANYTHING that says God doesn't exist.
