    Holy Joe

    Brothers and sisters in Christ, as you all know, I have been a big fan of Jack Chick's work since I was a boy. He has reached more people with the Good News about Jesus than any man on earth. His tiny comic books can be found in parks, in public toilets, in gay bars, at truck stops...all over the place!

    I thought I would take the time to post one of my very favorite Chick Tracts for you all to enjoy. It's entitled "Holy Joe."



    The story takes place amidst the backdrop of the Godly U.S. Military. Only it seems that some members of Jesus' army are mockers!


    Here we see the doubters ridiculing our hero, simply because he's a Christian! That's persecution!!


    Hooray for Joe! Hooray for Jesus! When they persecute him, he just makes lemonade!


    Now they're trying to make Joe out to be crazy, simply because he talks to Jesus all the time! I can't even count how many times this has happened to me!

    One of the doubters seems like he's listening! Will Henderson accept Jesus?


    More persecution! They all have it in for Joe, just because he's Christian! It's a conspiracy! What's going to happen to Joe?


    Joe!! Oh LORD in Heaven!! But look! Sarge is praying to Jesus to wash him clean! Shout Glory!! Joe didn't die in vain!!



    The allies of satan (slants from the looks of them) have killed everyone! Now what??
    Who Will Jesus Damn?

    It's Judgment time, boys! Time for God to hand you your eternal reward! Are you ready? I know Joe was!



    This is a very important lesson! Henderson was nicer to Joe than the Sarge ever was, but WHO WAS SENT TO HELL? Henderson, that's who! Sarge gains eternal life in Heaven with Jesus because He begged Jesus to cleanse him of sin JUST IN TIME before the gooks killed them all. But Henderson, Mr. Know-it-all, decided to REJECT CHRIST'S LOVE and so sealed his own fate.


    I want everyone to remember this lesson from the pen of Jack Chick and take it to heart! Being "nice" isn't going to get you a seat at Christ's table in Paradise! Being Saved® will!



    And for those of you reading this who are not Saved, I suggest you drop to your knees RIGHT NOW and beg Him to take over your miserable life! Don't be like Henderson! Do it now before it's too late for you! Others have made it to Heaven!

        Praise Jesus! I personally passed out over 7000 Chick Tracts in Mexico last summer. It was all thanks to LBC!

        The best are the Halloween tracts. On my inspection of my godless neighborhood in 2008, there was one woman in our neighborhood who gave out Chick tracts as we had implored our neighbors to.

        My children and I were so incredibly moved!

        I hear that Godly Christian woman's house got egged that night. If I could catch the godmocking fool who did that to her, I would give him a piece of my mind.
        Christians are superior because we possess an understanding that unbelievers lack. It is through the Power of Jesus only the converted mind is able to understand what is going on in the world; what the Communists are really up to; what Satan's intentions are. Most unbelievers do not even believe in Satan and cannot understand his tactics.

            Very inspirational, Pastor!

            I found the situation where he got boots thrown at him just for being a Christian VERY familiar!

            It's amazing that "don't ask, don't tell" is being phased out for homersexuals, but it's still very much in effect for Christians: talk about Jesus Christ and you'll be ridiculed. Incredible

            Be wary of false Kumbaya Christians who use a highlighter and scissors to read the Bible. God wants us to read the lines, not between the lines. False Christians will go to Hell:
            Matthew 7:22             Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
            Matthew 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

            Asking a Christian to prove God exists is like asking him to prove his phone rings because yours doesn't. Make that call yourself! Dial 0800-get-on-your-knees-and-pray.
