It's Time for PORK!

Folks, with Easter just around the corner, Wal-Mart, Food 4 Less and Food Lion are rolling out their ham and pork specials. I'm so enthusiastic, but wondered if our husbands might be hungry for a little strange (recipe that is!). Anyway, post your favorite PORK recipe in this forum!

I like pork pretty mauch any way it is cooked, pork is one of the most amazing foods in all of Creation. Every time I eat it I praise Jesus for His gift of salvation, were it not for the sacrifice of the Lamb of God we would be denied the pleasure of pork like the heathen jews and muslims.

The abos do those things, but most people I know just eat normal Christian foods.

I grind my own pork to make sausage. Made a batch last night. I'm planning to use it for a ragu sauce for Sunday's lasagna.
If anyone wants, I can make up a few extra pans and leave them in the chuch cafeteria.

I guess everyone remembers the pork party I threw on my estate last year on Muhammad's birthday (may piss be upon him). I may do it again this year if there's enough interest (and sister SUV can promise to stay out of the punchbowl this time!).

My favorite is butterflied pork chops, seasoned just right and grilled to perfection. Yum!
