  • Make homosexuality punishable by death: A letter for congressmen!

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

We have seen the ill effects after 30 years of activist homosexual agenda and it's not pretty. The hallmark of this movement is that when you give them an inch they take a foot. It started back when the Stonewall riots happened and they were trying to fight the criminalization of gay clubs and the sodomy laws. Well, being the myopic, Godless, liberal society we are we decriminalized those laws, allowing gays to gather at their own discretion at clubs and allowed men and women to do unnatural acts against God in private bedrooms.

Then they wanted to make it so that we couldn't discriminate against them for being teachers and in other professions, so we passed anti-discrimination laws allowing them to gain access to our young children.

They wanted to infiltrate our military and disrupt the brotherhood and morale of our armed forces, so liberal Bill Clinton instituted the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy.

Now they want to infiltrate the sacred bond of marriage and several states have legalized gay "marriage", and sadly, the momentum seems to be on their side.

What's next? You seriously think that once the gays have a right to marry they will be satisfied? Have you not been paying attention for the last thirty years? No, they will continue to press on, enforcing the homosexual deathstyle upon society at large...

Next they will demand that schoolchildren be forced to learn that homosexuality is okay. They will demand that TVs and movies be subject to a law which requires an "affirmative action" type plan of sorts which features homosexual couples in a positive light. After that, they will set their sights on heterosexuality itself and try to dismantle it by making straight marriage illegal!

We cannot let this happen! We need to stand together, in solidarity, and demand to our elected officials to take back those rights we've given them (Remember: Rights are not taken, they are given). We need to enforce Biblical law so that our children can grow up in a peaceful, safe environment free from homosexual predators and interlopers of the American family.

This is why I have drafted a letter that you may write to your representatives. Send this letter to your mayor, city councilmen, state senators, U.S. representatives, and U.S. senators. Only by banding together and making a concentrated effort can we stop the ever-increasing homosexual juggernaught in its tracks! Here is the letter....

    ----
Dear ________ (put the name of your representative here),

I write to you as an honest and concerned citizen. I know that you as my representative have a responsibility to look after your constituents. This is why I am asking you to criminalize homosexual acts punishable by death.

The 1611 King James Bible makes it clear why this should be so:

Leviticus 18:22 Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.

Leviticus 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
In this age of recession and troubles with foreign powers such as Iran and North Korea, and the breakdown of the family, can we really afford to keep dismissing God in such a cavalier fashion? Will we survive as a society at this pace? The answer of course is no.

This is our chance, as true-blue American patriots and Bible-believing Christians, to stand up against this cancer that has infected our beloved society. We need to make it punishable by death anyone who engages in homosexuality. The goal of this legislation is to ease the pressure the homosexual agenda has placed on society, causing it to fracture and leading to an increase in violence, economic turmoil, and natural disasters.

Of course, the main objection to this would be that it violates the First Amendment. It states, and I quote...

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Now some may say this law would be in violation of "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion" since it might be defined as a theocratic law. However, read the second part, the important part which states "or prohibiting the free exercise therof". Right now, with our current laws, True Christians(tm) are not prohibited the free exercise of our religious beliefs! We are not allowed to put to death homosexuals like God commands us. This is in clear violation of the First Amendment.

I am sure you do not want to develop a reputation as an "Anti-God, Anti-First Amendment" legislator. Of course you wouldn't. Which is why of course if you help pass this law, you would be protecting our religious rights as True Christians(tm) to put to death homosexuals, allowing us to worship God fully and without the tight restrictions of the law.

Please note that I am not writing just as a single person, but as a whole army of True Christians(tm) who will not stand idly by while the homosexual agenda ruins our once great nation! Let it be known that millions of copies of this same letter have been filling the mailboxes to other legislators around the country. I am sure you do not want to be the odd one out, fighting against the free practice of religion.

You owe it to your constituents to be a fair representative. You represent our interests, not yours. So no matter how you personally feel about this, you must realize that that is not your job, but rather to properly express the valid views of your loyal, hard-working, God-fearing constituents.

    I await your positive reply.

    Thank you, and God Bless.

    Yours in Christ,
    (Your name here)

Why don't you look at the time of post before accusing me??? I posted this letter on here on July 9. The link you referred me to was posted July 10, but by whom I have no idea. It wasn't me.

Funny how I can plagiarize something that wasn't even written yet. I must have psychic powers, huh?

So you think its ok to make homosexuality punishable by death? So, you think its ok to kill them for something that doesnt really matter to you. In the 10 commandments, Sixth commandment, thou shall not kill. So its ok for you to let people over look this and do it anyway?

Hey heathen: We follow the entire Bible, not just the sugar-coated verses you recall from your old Sunday school class. God says that queers are "an abomination" and that they deserve to die and spend eternity in hellfire unless they repent and stop being perverts. They are hardly likely to be our neighbors now, are they!

Read the Bible before spewing out idiocy like that.

Here is a partial list from just a few scripture verses:

Although i agree in essence with what you're saying, and the guy who started this thread is all wrong, you picked the worst possible example.

"Which is correct? a.) Everyone must use their toothbrush in private; or b.) Everyone must use his toothbrush in private."

What you say is true in a theoretical sense; in common speech, less so. Language usage is not determined by any absolute standard, forever immutable; it's changing literally as we speak.

The difficulty with your example is the lack of an indefinite third person pronoun in English, so that one is forced to choose (in your example) either "his" or "her" or the awkward "his/her," which doesn't add any clarity to the sentence. Many people, therefore, use "their" instead. Given the circumstances, and the number of people who employ this usage, it cannot be said to be wrong (although a good writer will rewrite the sentence to avoid the situation), and the more people who use it the more right it becomes.

Look, Noam Chomsky, discuss linguistics all you want but the KJV is quite clear despite your pronouns. Why are you trying to twist Bible verses around?

Well there have been those who have thought you are the anti-Christ, trying to get followers to start believing YOU instead of our Lord and Savior. To my knowledge, you're not Mormon, but said accusations make you out to be like one.

That being said, if this were true, the psychic powers wouldn't be so unbelievable. Possibly powers granted to you by, dare I say, the Devil him self?

I sincerely hope Landover's Straight 4 Jesus! Forum doesn't become yet another place taken over by hordes of randy homersexurals. And I REALLY hope this Godly forum doesn't become yet another place where they "cruise" each other before and go off to engage in their disgusting preversions.

Don't think that can't happen. Remember what happened to the steam room at the YMCA, the swimming pool shower area at Freehold Country Club, the sauna room at Total Body Fitness, the men's restroom in the basement of the Fallwell Library at Landover Baptist University, the lobby of the dollar theater, the upstairs restroom (2nd level, make a right, all the way down at the end past the rows of lockers) at the bus station, the men's restroom at the Ace Hardware (third stall), and the wooded area near the end of the parking lot at Douglas McArthur Forest Preserve just after nightfall?

                            Disgusting.

And I must commend you for your hard work patrolling and revealing these disgusting "cruisy" areas so innocent young True Christian™ men will know to stay away from these dens of Sodom. Many a hapless young man has wandered aimlessly into the wrong stall at the wrong time and been solicited by a hairy biker or Ted Haggard. (Although that incident a couple of years back with Rev.
