    Hello Brothers and Sisters!

I am very excited to find such a good and wholesome site where I can associate with others who believe in God!
Thanks for sharing the Good Word.

Don't be fooled too easily, Soldier John, some of these Christians can be quite hostile. I'm new here too, but hoping to find some real Christian fellowship. Nice to meet you!
Galatians 6:7-8 "Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature will reap destruction; the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life."

Well I have yet to encounter that, but thank you for your welcome.

However, I do have to ask, why do you find the people here hostile?

I do not attend a said "church". My family and I gather on Sundays and Wednesdays and my Uncle Samuel usually preaches. When I was very young we attended White Creek Baptist, but the congregation was not truly committed to God. But when I am able I want to attend a Bible College and become fully committed to Saving Lives. Anyways, I find it impossible to have a favorite verse for all thing from God are Holy but I do find this one very attractive, John 8: 16
"And yet if I judge, my judgment is true: for I am not alone, but I in the Father that sent me."

I see. Very nice. Are you married? How many Soldiers for Christ has your wife borne you?
Christians are superior because we possess an understanding that unbelievers lack. It is through the Power of Jesus only the converted mind is able to understand what is going on in the world; what the Communists are really up to; what Satan's intentions are. Most unbelievers do not even believe in Satan and cannot understand his tactics.

Which version of the Holy Bible do you keep within reach at all times? What part of God's favorite country do you call home?

I am currently 18. While that does make me a man, I have yet to find a worthy woman to marry. Additionally if I am to attend a Bible school, then I am not sure I want the hassle a women would provide. Dear Lord that makes me sound bad! I don't mean that in a negative way towards all the good women on here!! I just mean that when the times is right, the Lord will give me the right woman.

My father and I love to hunt! We don't get to go as often as we used to but I still enjoy a good shot gun though I prefer a compound or recurve any day.

Sorry for the confusion Pastor Ezekiel! I am not in the military of men lol. While I would gladly join my brothers in combat right now I feel that my calling is the in holy army fighting the Real Battle.

                              Yes, the Lord™ will provide.

Yet I would not rule a helpmeet out while you attend Bible college. You would have so much more time and peace of mind if you had a good True Christian™ girl around, to keep house, pack your lunch for you, take messages, research your papers and type.

Failing marriage, is there perhaps an unmarried sister or spinster aunt who might take over these duties for you while you study?

I'm just saying, don't rule anything out yet

And welcome to our forum. It's nice to see a smiling Baptist face among all the God-mocking vagrants that have descended on us like locusts as of late.

Genesis 2:18 And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.

What this means is, of course, is that women were created to assist men, whether married to them or not.
