    Lady's Question!

Does your menstra hut have heating? Cause I AM FREEZING. I have a space heater but it just doesn't cut it and I have my hands glued to my laptop because it's so warm! It's literally smoking cause it's so cold here. What do you ladies do when it's cold and it's that "time?" Oh and also is my laptop safe because I think I see smoke coming off of it from it's warmth.

Also, I never really knew this but is it okay to wear high heels as a Christian lady?

High heels are sinful by nature because they create what some biologists call "an extended leg" which is a sign of sexual receptiveness in female animals.

On the other hand, high heels make it difficult to run away from a man which means that it keeps a woman properly subservient, which is Godly.

The man on whom you depend and whom you serve is responsible for the conditions in your menstra-hut. Don't get uppity and suggest that women can discuss, much less control, the conditions under which they are isolated for the protection and cleanliness of men as per God's Holy Word.

Smoke billowing out from your laptop may or may not be good or bad. It depends on whether or not such a burnt offering is pleasing to the Lord. A True Christian Man, properly versed in the Bible, is the only source for trustworthy information vis a vis this problem. Don't listen to me; I am only a woman.

    Equivocally Yours,

    Handmaiden

      Re: Lady's Question!

      Hello Little Sister.

I just recently got out of the menstra hut, and let me tell you, it's nice to be out!

Don't get me wrong, Brother James's Key West estate's menstra hut is absolutely GREAT, and much, much nicer than I could ever deserve, but after a few days I do start to get a little bit lonely in there.

Of course, once I got out I had a lot of catching up to do with my work for Brother James. I do really enjoy my secretarial work and my time in the menstra hut had me raring to get back to it. After a few days of rest though, I was really excited to get back to work and it came much easier than it usually does for me.

As far as high heels, it's really a decision that needs to be made on a shoe-by-shoe basis. Some high heels are perfectly fine, but you need to be careful because they can encourage women to walk in a way that inspires lustfulness in men, which means its all our fault.

As far as your laptop, well, I really don't know. Have you tried praying for an answer?

      Yours in Christ,

      Lycia

        Re: Lady's Question!

Thank you both for your insightful replies! I did some praying and it's a miracle! I can no longer feel my hands or feet. PRAISE THE LORD FOR ANSWERING MY PRAYERS.

Could you show me some pictures of high heels that are acceptable because I really have no gosh darn clue on what would be acceptable or not..

        Yours truly, Janine Walker

As a (young!) widow, I live alone, so thankfully do not need to separate myself from anyone at "that time". I just wear surgical scrubs and cover everything with drop cloths. I burn everything afterwards because I wouldn't want a guest to handle anything I did.

I have a doctor's note that says my back needs the support of high heels. I got it in Mexico and it was worth every penny. But for a beginner, these would be a good choice, I'd think, because they're solid enough to balance on. And they don't have that "spikey" appearance that make some of our Male Elders nervous. (Notice the uplifting flowered lining, too, reminding you each time you put them on you're one of God's Innocent Little Blossoms.)
          .

If that shoe is too weighty to lift your foot in, start out with a tiny "Kitten Heel". The good thing about these is once your dad is used to them, you can have the cobbler add a 1/4" each month until they're up where you want them. Men never notice our shoes much, anyway, so you won't get caught.

Lycia, you have not had the chance to visit your retreat in Freehold. Some of the Ladies think its a bit over the top. Its way nicer than the one in the Keys. Nothing but the best for my favorite employee.

What about a wood burner? In Canada I had a 45 Gal drum that had been fixed with a door, and then some piping heading to the outside. It was quite toasty, well except for first thing in the morning.

Wow, the first pair is cute but I REALLY want the second pair. I will now fantasize until the day I am married for heels like those!
at the moment my church shoes are these, they're not bad but they get boring. I feel like a little girl not wearing heels, hehe xD.

There's no ventilation in here.. besides I'm going to have to get married soon, so my dad doesn't think it's worth the trouble :. Thank you though for the suggestion!

You ladies are all so pampered. Like Talitha stated, it is supposed to be a time of reflection about the gift God gave you.
Mrs. Hutchins has a green canvas army surplus tent she uses. Same tent going on 35 years now, it was my weddinng present to her.

Here is a shot of the inside (one of my daughters, one of the stupid ones I think.)
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Personally I don't have to stay in a Mensta hut right now because Zeke and I aren't married yet and I have my own house. But once we get married and I'm living at his house I will probably have to stay out in his tool shed during my unclean time.

PERSONALLY...and I only say this here because it is a LADIES forum...I think it's a True Christian(tm) husband's responsibility to supply a snug, warm menstral shack for his beloved.

Freezing temperatures, etc., can debilitate the womanly reproductive system, which = fewer soldiers for Christ(tm).

You don't want to be "Penny Wise, Pound Foolish" as the kids today say.

A load of womanly pish and piddle. The ground freezes over every winter, but you can still grow seeds in it; the same principle applies to growing manseeds.
O Lord our God, help us to tear their soldiers to bloody shreds with our shells; help us to cover their smiling fields with the pale forms of their patriot dead; help us to drown the thunder of the guns with the shrieks of their wounded, writhing in pain; help us to lay waste their humble homes with a hurricane of fire; help us to wring the hearts of their unoffending widows with unavailing grief; help us to turn them out roofless with little children to wander unfriended the wastes of their desolated land in rags and hunger and thirst, sports of the sun flames of summer and the icy winds of winter, broken in spirit, worn with travail, imploring Thee for the refuge of the grave and denied it--for our sakes who adore Thee, Lord, blast their hopes, blight their lives, protract their bitter pilgrimage, make heavy their steps, water their way with their tears, stain the white snow with the blood of their wounded feet! We ask it, in the spirit of love, of Him Who is the Source of Love, and Who is the ever-faithful refuge and friend of all that are sore beset and seek His aid with humble and contrite hearts. Amen.

God being truth, justice, goodness, beauty, power, and life, man is falsehood, iniquity, evil, ugliness, impotence, and death. God being master, man is the slave. Incapable of finding justice, truth, and eternal life by his own effort, he can attain them only through a divine revelation... he who desires to worship God must harbor no childish illusions about the matter, but bravely renounce his liberty and humanity.

Oh Brother James, don't listen to her, if anything your properties' menstra huts are too nice.
