Leave it to the libtards to capitalize on a child's death to further their agenda. I'm sure you all saw this sad story:
5-year-old Kentucky boy fatally shoots 2-year-old sister
Naturally, the bed-wetting Democrats are up in arms over the fact that the gun in question, a Crickett My First Rifle, was given to the boy by his parents.
I think My First Rifle is a fine line of 22 caliber guns, and I have personally given them to the children of several of my friends as birthday presents.
They even come in pink for that little princess in your life!
Leave it to the liberals, though. They are beside themselves with rage, going on all the social media and news sites, claiming that five years old is too young to own a firearm!
First of all, this is a load of crap!
Here is list of typical cognitive thinking milestones for 5 to 6 year old children:
* Vocabulary increasing to approximately 2,000 words
* Can compose sentences with five or more words
* Can count up to 10 objects at one time
* Know left and right
* Begin to reason and argue; uses words like "why" and "because."
* Can categorize objects: "These are toys; these are books."
* Understand concepts like yesterday, today, and tomorrow
* Can copy complex shapes, such as a diamond
* Should be sounding out simple words like "hang", "neat", "jump" and "sank"
* Are able to sit at a desk , follow teacher instructions, and independently do simple in-class assignments.
And you're gonna tell me somebody who's capable of all that is incapable of learning proper gun safety and appreciation? Give me a break!
If you find yourself dealing with any liberals who want to use this tragedy as an excuse to take guns away from five year old children, please ask them why they think a five year old isn't mature enough to handle a gun, but a three year old is mature enough to decide he's a homo and use sign language to tell everybody:

ZING! Unless the liberal you're debating has personally expressed outrage over the fact that that three year old was considered mature enough to decide he wants to be a ladyboy and get his wiener chopped off, YOU JUST WON THE DEBATE!
There's nothing I love more than a good "gotcha" moment like that!
As for this two year old who caught a bullet, her granny certainly has the right idea:
Darn tootin', Mrs. Riddle! The Lord used your granddaughter's death to expose liberal hypocrisy. I salute your family, and I hope you won't let your little grandson be traumatized or bullied into forsaking firearms. That little guy needs to get back up on that horse and keep on learning to shoot, and he's going to need all the support you can give him!

Berkeley, California (CNN) -- One of the first things Thomas Lobel told his parents was that they were wrong.
The 3-year-old had learned sign language because he had apraxia, a speech impediment that hindered his ability to talk. The toddler pointed to himself and signed, "I am a girl."
"Oh look, he's confused," his parents said. Maybe he mixed up the signs for boy and girl. So they signed back. "No, no. Thomas is a boy."
But the toddler shook his head. "I am a girl," he signed back emphatically.
Regardless of the fact he was physically male, Thomas has always maintained that he is a girl. When teased at school about being quiet and liking dolls, Thomas would repeat his simple response, "I am a girl."
Thomas, now 11, goes by the name of Tammy, wears dresses to school and lives as a girl.

"He just picked (the gun) up before he realized it," grandmother Linda Riddle told WLEX.
Riddle said her granddaughter enjoyed singing and playing outdoors, and she loved her brother.
"It's just tragic," uncle David Mann told the CNN affiliate. "It's something that you can't prepare for."
Riddle said she is devastated, but comforted knowing that her granddaughter is in a better place.
"It was God's will. It was her time to go, I guess," she told WLEX. "I just know she's in heaven right now and I know she's in good hands with the Lord."
