    What did Jesus say about those rocks?

    My Bible-teacher asked me but I just couldn't remember.

      Which Rocks do you refer to?

          I remembered the verse later. It's:

          Matt.16
          1. [18] And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
          What did he mean by that? Is it the catholic church? I hope not!

              Prune's more of an authority on this subject than I am, but I understand it's something to do with the way Peter was dumber than a box of rocks.

              God being truth, justice, goodness, beauty, power, and life, man is falsehood, iniquity, evil, ugliness, impotence, and death. God being master, man is the slave.                   Nah, this is so stupid that the Mary worshippers don't even believe it themselves. Satan Peter - for all his faults - had FAITH, and it was on this FAITH that Our Lord built His church. PRAISE.

                      Don't get me started. First of all I'd like to see where in the Bible it says that Satan Peter was anything else than James' errand boy.
