That's the last half of Mark 5:9. You left out the part of what happened to those demons.

Mark 5:13 And forthwith Jesus gave them leave. And the unclean spirits went out, and entered into the swine: and the herd ran violently down a steep place into the sea, (they were about two thousand and were choked in the sea.

    Praise Jesus!

Upon request I will cite scripture for all these facts in God's Holy Word.

✝ This is a Christian community and we worship GOD of the Holy bible, the only Living GOD. We worship Jesus Christ, Son of GOD and Savior. Anything else is absurd. ✝

""Out of his mouth go burning lamps and sparks of fire leap out. Out of his nostrils goeth smoke, as out of a seething pot of cauldron.. His breath kindles coals, and a flame goeth out of his mouth.""

        Leviathan FOR THE WIN.
All mammals understand love and affection, but only man shows a propensity to place himself into the shoes of another life-form. Losing this capability, among individuals of the species,
reduces them below their much heralded position, and readies the climate for the likely fall of man. A fall from grace.

          Quoting from Job 41:19-21.

          What's your point?

          Exodus 22:18
says, "Suffer not a witch to live." Deuteronomy 18:10 says, "There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch."

            I just like the Leviathan.

What a strangely beautiful animal that had to be...

Well if you got no arguments from there. If it's in the Bible it is simply true.

Well, I mean, just imagine it. A gigantic aqautic animal that spits fire and is nearly indestructable? That's just too cool.

Yes Petal, it's true...heathens don't like the sound of the Word of God! The exercise is helping me build strength in my knees though. Makes it easier to get down and pray!

Bless you Petal for the kind words.

Yes, but Leviathan's nostrils brought forth smoke because God wanted it to, not because it had been smoking the hippy weed drugs in some nigra squaw "peace pipe".
O Lord our God, help us to tear their soldiers to bloody shreds with our shells; help us to cover their smiling fields with the pale forms of their patriot dead; help us to drown the thunder of the guns with the shrieks of their wounded, writhing in pain; help us to lay waste their humble homes with a hurricane of fire; help us to wring the hearts of their unoffending widows with unavailing grief; help us to turn them out roofless with little children to wander unfriended the wastes of their desolated land in rags and hunger and thirst, sports of the sun flames of summer and the icy winds of winter, broken in spirit, worn with travail, imploring Thee for the refuge of the grave and denied it--for our sakes who adore Thee, Lord, blast their hopes, blight their lives, protract their bitter pilgrimage, make heavy their steps, water their way with their tears, stain the white snow with the blood of their wounded feet! We ask it, in the spirit of love, of Him Who is the Source of Love, and Who is the ever-faithful refuge and friend of all that are sore beset and seek His aid with humble and contrite hearts. Amen.

God being truth, justice, goodness, beauty, power, and life, man is falsehood, iniquity, evil, ugliness, impotence, and death. God being master, man is the slave. Incapable of finding justice, truth, and eternal life by his own effort, he can attain them only through a divine revelation... he who desires to worship God must harbor no childish illusions about the matter, but bravely renounce his liberty and humanity.
