This is reason enough for the people of Ukraine to obey Russia, which had control of their territory for many centuries. It really is a slap in the face of Jesus for them to think that they can have their independence in that way.

I'll agree with you. There was a Roman occupation but Jesus is not reported as being ill-disposed towards them. In fact, the Roman military model was an example of His mission in the world.

Jesus is the boss of sickness. That servant was sick but the centurion knew that sickness is subordinate to a boss. He gave his reasons and Jesus agreed: it was an excellent comparison and once ordered to depart from the servant, that nasty sickness had no choice but to obey. If only others would ask Jesus to do that, to do the very thing He is longing to do, sick would be a thing of the past. How many more must suffer before this reality is understood?

It justified going to war against Spain by pretending the USS Maine was attacked by either mines or torpedoes, rather than a internal boiler fire, caused by using the wrong type of coal. It cooked up a whole croc of garbage in the Gulf of Tonkin to justify the invasion of Vietnam. This included claims of attacks that didn't happen and false flag attacks that claimed the lives of US citizens. That war cost the lives of three and half million. Lies were told to get the US population on board, before the invasion of Iraq. More than half of them, believed Saddam Hussein was in someway implicated in 9/11. More than 80% of them believed Saddam had WMD. The US Government is lying again today. If you support the West's fight against Putin, you're a gullible, know nothing.

There is this old saying, "No good deed goes unpunished." Over there we see Putin trying to introduce an honest government to Ukraine. No I didn't. I just wondered why nobody was trying to end this war through diplomacy and as I looked into it, it became clear the US actually wanted this war. Putin isn't the aggressor, he's the patsy, that fell into a trap deliberately laid down by Americans. All the deaths we are witnessing, are caused by US meddling in a region of the world, it has absolutely no business in. Your nation's pursuit of hegemony, appears to many in the rest of the world, as little more than a murderous campaign waged on defenceless nations. If you want this war to stop, you need to tell your government you can see through it's lies.
