  • The Difference Between Filthy Perverted Smut and the Bible

The Bible has been accused of being a lot of things by GOD haters, and one of those accusations is that it is a dirty book full of graphic depictions of sex and violence.

Living in a world run by Hollywood, we are no strangers to graphic depictions of sex and violence, but the Hollywood people only put those in their movies because they are perverted.

The Bible was written by GOD and GOD isn't perverted so the unflinchingly graphic language in His Holy Word is there so that we may know the TRUTH and that there should be no mistakes. If there is one book that is forthright and clear, it's the Bible!

Let us take a verse from the Song of Solomon as an example:

He shall lie all night betwixt my breasts.
    -Song of Solomon 1:13

Now taken out of context this might come across as depraved, but if we look at the previous verses in this book we find this:

Let him kiss me with the kisses of his mouth: for thy love is better than wine. -Song of Solomon 1:2

This verse establishes that there is LOVE between the couple engaged in physical groping, unlike for instance in the secular perverted movie "Titanic" where the main characters, who were FICTIONAL by the way, are only driven by physical lust for each other!

I have caused thee to multiply as the bud of the field, and thou hast increased and waxen great, and thou art come to excellent ornaments: thy breasts are fashioned, and thine hair is grown, whereas thou wast naked and bare.
    -Ezekiel 16:7

Now in this verse the LORD is speaking to Jerusalem, using colorful, figurative language to illustrate what great things He had done for such a previously wretched whore. Clearly the LORD is not obsessed with sex like some kind of San Franciscan pervert, but rather, He has a wide and eloquent vocabulary!

Ten verses later, GOD is still talking about the depths of depravity that this harlot was wrapped up in.

Thou hast also taken thy fair jewels of my gold and of my silver, which I had given thee, and madest to thyself images of men, and didst commit whoredom with them, - Ezekiel 16:17

Again, GOD does NOT have a one track mind! He simply dwells on the details of this woman's perversion so we will all know that no problem is too big for Him to conquer for us! Our GOD is an AWESOME GOD! And He does NOT approve of sex toys!

Thou hast played the whore also with the Assyrians, because thou wast unsatiable; yea, thou hast played the harlot with them, and yet couldest not be satisfied. - Ezekiel 16:29

Just in case you forgot that GOD was talking to a whore. You will have no excuses on Judgment day to say to the LORD that you forgot something from the Bible that was important!

For she doted upon their paramours, whose flesh is as the flesh of asses, and whose issue is like the issue of horses. - Ezekiel 23:20

Seven chapters later GOD is still describing the horrifying and depraved behavior of this putrid harlot. Fortunately for her He's so forgiving!

Clearly GOD is CONCERNED for our sexuality, NOT obsessed! When was the last time you secular humanists read a pornographic novel or saw a dirty movie that expressed such heartfelt concern and love!

Yes, there are many, many other verses in the Bible that explain violence, killing, fornicating, people looking at their naked fathers and having their entire bloodline cursed for it, but rest assured the LORD has only the best intentions!

    PRAISE HIS HOLY NAME!

The eyes of the LORD are in every place, beholding the evil and the good.
    - Proverbs 15:3

Re: The Difference Between Filthy Perverted Smut and the Bible

I just hate it when unsaved trash come in here waving verses like those (and more!) in our faces, like we should be ashamed of God's Holy Word or something. I stand by every word of the Bible! If God put it in there, that should be good enough for anyone!

Why is it that non-Christians always want to twist the Bible's meaning and quote Scripture out-of-context? The Bible clearly commands that we follow EVERY WORD of the Good Book, not just some of them.
    Who Will Jesus Damn?

Here is a partial list from just a few scripture verses:
