    Technology and The Lord

    God evening all,

    I wondered what we all thought of the way the good lord has been brought into the 21st century.

    We all know that this century has been one of terrible sin, like the election of Obama for example, but can technology such as iPhone Apps play a key role in bringing the good word to new audiences living in sin.

      And God evening to you sir.
      Why I believe the iphone would be a good way to spread the Christian word. Maybe live Twitter feeds from our spiritual leaders would also sway some of our wayward youth.

          Regarding technology, I note the Godly US Air Force has recently successfully tested their Airborne Laser device against an actual missile.

          Now whether or not Obama has the approval of his Mullah to use this device to conquer unGodly paganistical Communists is another thing entirely . . .

              We must embrace technology in order to spread the Lord's word, as this forum does, but we must not let it become anything more than a tool for this. There are far too many examples of people becoming obsessed with technology and/or sinning through its means. The bible is actually quite clear about what we can use technology for or not. I suggest you READ IT.
              Leviticus 19:18: "Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself: I am the LORD."

                  May this also apply to technology.
