Working with the youth group I have found a few verses that always make the kids laugh even over my stern warnings that the Bible should be taken with the utmost of seriousness.
Here are a few.
Deuteronomy 28:31 thine ass shall be violently taken away from before thy face, and shall not be restored to thee:
Numbers 22:22 And God's anger was kindled because he went: and the angel of the LORD stood in the way for an adversary against him. Now he was riding upon his ass, and his two servants were with him.
1 Kings 16:11 And it came to pass, when he began to reign, as soon as he sat on his throne, that he slew all the house of Baasha: he left him not one that pisseth against a wall, neither of his kinsfolks, nor of his friends.
Acts 9:5 And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.
