    The false claim of BibleBombs

On this page I read the primary claim of the anti-Christs at Bible Bombs.

In short, they say that the page dividing the Old Testament and New Testament should come after the Gospels, and that nothing in the Gospels reflects the New Covenant!

That's right, they claim the whole of Christianity is based on a misunderstanding, and that we should ignore Jesus and instead listen to Peter and Paul (et al)!

We know what happens to people who listen to Peter and Paul instead of Jesus, don't we?

    Bible boring? Nonsense!

You can't be a Christian if you don't know God's Word!

Do they think that we are unaware that Jesus' death ended the Old Covenant?
We know that The Mosaic & Levitical Law was still in force at the time of the Gospels because Jesus himself complied with them:

    EXAMPLE 1 — leprosy
Luke 5: 12-14 And it came to passe, when he was in a certaine citie, behold a man full of leprosie: who seeing Iesus, fell on his face, & besought him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me cleane. And he put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I wil: be thou cleane. And immediatly the leprosie departed from him. And hee charged him to tell no man: but, Goe, and shewe thy selfe to the Priest, and offer for thy clensing, according as Moses commanded, for a testimonie vnto them.

We are still under the Old Covenant. Jesus complies with it and explains what He is doing.

EXAMPLE 2 — cripples not permitted in the Temple
ACTS 3:2-8 And a certaine man lame from his mothers womb was caried, whom they laide daily at the gate of the Temple which is called Beautifull, to aske almes of them that entred into the Temple. Who seeing Peter & Iohn about to go into the Temple, asked an almes. And Peter fastening his eyes vpon him, with Iohn, said, Looke on vs. And he gaue heede vnto them, expecting to receiue something of them. Then Peter said, Siluer and gold haue I none, but such as I haue, giue I thee: In the Name of Iesus Christ of Nazareth, rise vp and walke. And hee tooke him by the right hand, & lift him vp: aud immediatly his feete and ancle bones receiued strength. And hee leaping vp, stood, and walked, and entred with them into the Temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God.

After Jesus' resurrection & ascension ACTS 1 - we are now in the epoch of the New Covenant ACTS 2 & these 2 apostles act in Jesus' name.

There is no suggestion that Jesus' teachings should be disregarded. Let's move forward a few years more..

II JOHN 1:3-6 Grace bee with you, mercie, and peace from God the Father, and from the Lord Iesus Christ, the Sonne of the Father in trueth and loue. I reioyced greatly, that I found of thy children walking in trueth, as wee haue receiued a commaundement from the Father. And now, I beseech thee Lady, not as though I wrote a new commandement vnto thee: but that which wee had from the beginning, that wee loue one another. And this is loue, that wee walke after his Commandements. This is the Commandement, that as yee haue heard from the beginning, yee should walke in it.

That is really very, very clear. We are under the New Covenant. Love is defined: follow Jesus' commandments. Jesus' commandments are defined: all of them. That includes the one about The Law not passing away MATTHEW 5 and the last time I checked Heaven and Earth have NOT passed away. God the Father is still relevant.

It is so terrible Rev. M. when Romish charlatans disregard the teachings of Jesus and cavort shamelessly with their temple prostitutes (primarily temple rent-boys these days apparently but I don't hear any complaints from Astarte) cherry picking to their heart's content. There is nothing wrong with Peter or Paul, James or John - but they are part of a broader ministry, and they are all to be taken together.

To obsess over a blank page between Malachi and Matthew is a sign of demonic compulsion. Just tear it out! The significant division is the one between God and man:

    MARK 15
    37
And Iesus cryed with a loude voice, and gaue vp the ghost.
38 And the vaile of the Temple was rent in twaine, from the top to the bottome.
