    Belgian Police Raid Catholic Headquarters

Authorities raid the headquarters of the Belgian Catholic Church during an investigation into child sex abuse claims.

It's about time. Belgian Police charged in, took computers and every suspious thing they could carry off that might lead to convictions of child molesting preists.

All this just goes to show that when you have false religions, you are going to have sinfull clergy. The problems are so obvious. First, the preists cannot marry, homer problem number one.

Then, preists wear those dresses and sandals, homer problem number two.

Finally, preists cannot do church without alterboys, homer case closed.
Isaiah 24:1-3 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty (2)...as the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him. (3) The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken his word.

I am surprised they did not find little boys chained up in the bowels of the building.

IMO, the only good thing I ever heard about the Catlicks doing was the Inquisition.

Next, the priests are all going to be boo-hooing about how they were molested by the pope, and were under Roman order to prepare all these boys for his use.

(Though now that I think about it, stranger things have happened. I wouldn't put it past Pope Eggs Benedict.)

This is a cruel and uncalled-for violation of both sacred ground and civilised legal tradition. I cannot get too detailed in my response for now but rest assured the truth behind this is tied to the politics of the French/Flemish conflict that has turned Belgium politically into the French national football team.

Belgium is a failed nation paying now for the rape of the Congo and the horrible escapades of King Leopold II. It is all coming home to roost and the best they can do is dig up a few vague reports concerning the behaviour of a handful of senile men.

          Please.

This is a smokescreen if ever there was one and trust me when I tell you that we here at that Vatican know well how to read the smoke as it were.

Ehm, Mr. Lester, may I remind you that even the Papal Numptie, ehm, Nuntius was present during the raid. I'm sure your boss would love to hear you call him a senile man.

Friends, let's be careful with confusing reports like these, whch only serve to continue the myth of "Belgium".

Don't get me wrong, the raid actually did happen, and all bishops - and other guys in dresses - were held in a room, and had to part with their mobile phones.

The 50 officers and members of the Computer Crime Unit impounded over 500 files on kidfiddlin', along with quite a few computers. The police even opened up the grave of an old arsebishop, because they suspected it held even more files.

How do I now this? Well, because I was there. I was on the stairs of the St. Rombouts cathedral, doing my usual bullhorn preaching, warning the tourists about the false idols.

            Then I was arrested.

Now TRY TO EXPLAIN TO THE BELGRADE POLICE THAT A BAPTIST IS NOT A CATHLIC!

Eight hours in jail, presumed a cathlic kiddie fiddler. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? ME? Do I even LOOK like someone who would ever stoop to such levels.

A shocking experience, I can tell you. The insult of being called a mackerel snapper!

So yes, even though the story is (partly) true, it is indeed just a ploy to make the world believe that in a few weeks time a homersexual Italian French speaking bow tie wearing communiss will become the new Prime Minister of "Belgium".

If you believe that, you'll believe anything.
            Psalm 81:10:
I am the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt:
open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it.

So when you compare your treatment by the Belgians with that of Pastor Deacon Fred's (who everyone keeps saying is totally innocent) treatment by the american system it would appear that the Belgium system is a lot more efficient.

Who said either of them were held by catholics? no one did.

You believe Pastor Deacon Fred to be innocent of all charges don't you?
You also believe that Wide-Open to be innocent of all charges don't you?

If we accept that both are innocent, Wide-Open has been released after a matter of hours, PDF is still incarcerated, then the Belgian justice system is therefore more efficient then the one in the usa.

Mister Freddie, you are abusing both my and PDF's persecution to make your "point". Of course we are both innocent, but at least Pastor Deacon Fred is not accused of being a papist.

The continuing Catholic folderol and outrage concerning this raid suggest to me strongly the authorities are definitely on the right track and are close to making a major discovery in this rancid Papist kiddie sex scandal.

If the Vatican was truly concerned with cleaning out their deviant molestrating priests, they would be cooperating with the authorities, not complaining that the authorities are actually and finally cleaning up the mess!!!!!!!!!

The Pope expressed hope justice would take its course in Belgium Pope Benedict has joined mounting Vatican criticism of raids by Belgian police investigating alleged child sex abuse, calling them "deplorable".
In a message to Belgian bishops, the pope expressed solidarity "in this moment of sadness".
Several buildings were searched in raids targeting a retired archbishop and the graves of two prelates.
Belgium's justice minister has responded to the criticism robustly.
Stefaan De Clerck defended the police action, in a series of TV interviews on Sunday, saying the investigation is legitimate and normal procedures were followed.
"The bishops were treated completely normally during the raid on the archdiocese and it is false to say that they received no food or drink," he said.

                            Pope Benedict
Mr De Clerck said the Vatican's reaction had been excessive as it was based on false information.
Prosecutors said the action concerned alleged "abuse of minors committed by a certain number of Church figures".
Police in Leuven, central Belgium, on Thursday seized nearly 500 files and a computer from the offices of a Church commission investigating allegations of sex abuse.
They also searched the Church's headquarters and the Brussels archdiocese in Mechelen, north of the Belgian capital.
Belgium's bishops, who were holding a meeting at the time of the raids, were kept incommunicado for nine hours while the searches were conducted.
'Unprecedented treatment' Pope Benedict's criticism of the raids came in a message of support to Brussels Archbishop Andre Joseph Leonard, the head of the Belgian bishops' conference.
An inquiry into church sex abuse in Belgium has been running for years "I want to express, dear brother in the Episcopate, as well as to all the Bishops of Belgium, my closeness and solidarity in this moment of sadness, in which, with certain surprising and deplorable methods, searches were carried out."
"I hope that justice will follow its course while guaranteeing the rights of individuals and institutions, respecting the rights of victims, (and) acknowledging those who undertake to collaborate with it," Pope Benedict said.
On Saturday Vatican officials compared the raids and investigation into allegations of child sex abuse with the treatment of the Church under communist rule.
Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone, the Vatican Secretary of State, described the detention of priests "serious and unbelievable".
"There are no precedents, not even under the old communist regimes," he said.
The cardinal alleged that the Belgian bishops were left all day without food or drink, although this was later strongly denied by the Belgian justice minister.
The Vatican has summoned the Belgian ambassador to the Holy See to voice its anger at the incident.
The Catholic Church in Belgium has apologised for its silence on abuse cases in the past.
The church was rocked in April when the Bishop of Bruges, Roger Vangheluwe, resigned and admitted to sexual abuse before and after becoming a bishop.
