    In the United States alone, the Roman institution has had to shell out $2.5 billion for clergy sex abuse.

    Lie-beral lamestream MSM "news" source:
    Clergy sex abuse settlements top $2.5 billion nationwide

    There have been nearly 17,000 victims of clergy sexual abuse since 1950 and legal settlements for their suffering continue to climb.

    Add another $10 million to the $2.5 billion that the Catholic Church in the USA has spent in confronting the clergy sex abuse crisis.

    The settlement announced in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles Tuesday notched up their tally to nearly $700 million in settlements to victims alone, not even adding in the costs of therapy, attorneys' fees and more. Four men abused a quarter century ago by a now-defrocked priest will divide $10 million, the archdiocese said.
    How will the fish heads be able to afford their fabulous frocks?

    Los Angeles archdiocese pays $10m to settle abuse cases
    The Catholic Archdiocese of Los Angeles agrees to pay out nearly $10m (£6.7m) to settle four clergy sex abuse cases.

    The Catholic Archdiocese of Los Angeles is to pay out nearly $10m (£6.7m) to settle four cases of sexual abuse by a former priest, Father Michael Baker.

    Recently released files show Cardinal Roger Mahony knew the priest had abused but put him back into ministry, where he is alleged to have abused again...
    Guess where the Cardinal is right now? In Rome, helping to pick the next Pope chief pedophile.

    A Romanist deacon in the Baltimore suburbs was caught storing child pornography in the cloud. Had he used up all of his hard-drive space?

    Lie-beral lamestream MSM "news"paper:
    A longtime deacon at a Fullerton church was charged Friday with possessing "numerous files of child pornography," Baltimore County police said.

    William Steven Albaugh, 67, a deacon at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church on Belair Road, was arrested at his Nottingham home at 7:45 a.m. Police had searched Albaugh's Treadway Court home and said they found images of children on his Verizon Online account and on thumb drives.

    * * *

    Albaugh previously retired in 2009 from Baltimore County Public Schools, where he worked for 21 years for the physical facilities office, in a position supporting the schools and offices with electronic machinery and equipment, said schools spokesman, Charles Herndon.
    Letting your children go anywhere near a Romanist temple or a public school is tantamount to child abuse.

    Cardinal O'Brien comes clean, sort of:
    Cardinal Keith O'Brien, who was forced to resign by the pope last week, has made a dramatic admission that he was guilty of sexual misconduct throughout his career in the Roman Catholic church.

    * * *

    But now O'Brien has effectively admitted he had been breaching the church's strict rules on celibacy and its bar on homosexuality since he became a priest – and during his 10 years as a cardinal.

    It looks as though the outgoing Unholy "Father" is going to have some company.

    Englandistani sodomite "news" source:
    [Some disease-ridden sodomite], one of America’s highest-profile political bloggers, has claimed that the outgoing Pope Benedict XVI may be secretly gay.

    [Said disease-ridden sodomite] made the claims following the announcement that Benedict will not go into hidden retirement but will instead continue living in the Vatican with trusted secretary Archbishop Georg Gaenswein.

    56-year-old Gaenswein, dubbed “Gorgeous Georg” by the Italian media, will live with Benedict at a monastery being converted for him inside Vatican grounds while keeping his day job as prefect of the new Pope’s household.

    The Unsaved Kingdom's former top cardinal is in a bit of hot water.

    First this:
    Three priests and a former priest in Scotland have reported the most senior Catholic clergyman in Britain, Cardinal Keith O'Brien, to the Vatican over allegations of inappropriate behaviour stretching back 30 years.

    * * *

    O'Brien, who is due to retire next month, has been an outspoken opponent of gay rights, condemning homosexuality as immoral, opposing gay adoption, and most recently arguing that same-sex marriages would be "harmful to the physical, mental and spiritual well-being of those involved". Last year he was named "bigot of the year" by the gay rights charity Stonewall.

    One of the complainants, it is understood, alleges that the cardinal developed an inappropriate relationship with him, resulting in a need for long-term psychological counselling.
    Then this:
    Cardinal Keith O'Brien, the UK's most senior Roman Catholic cleric, has resigned as the head of the Scottish Catholic church after being accused of "inappropriate acts" towards fellow priests.

    News that Pope Benedict had accepted the cardinal's resignation as archbishop of St Andrews and Edinburgh came after the Observer disclosed a series of allegations by three priests and one former priest.

    Some sort of foreign "news" source:
    Pope Benedict retired after inquiry into 'Vatican gay bishops', says paper

    A potentially explosive report has linked the resignation of Pope Benedict XVI to the discovery of a network of gay prelates in the Vatican, some of whom – the report said – were being blackmailed by outsiders.

    The pope's spokesman declined to confirm or deny the report, which was carried by the Italian daily newspaper La Repubblica.

    The paper said the pope had taken his decision on 17 December that he was going to resign – the day he received a dossier compiled by three cardinals delegated to look into the so-called "Vatileaks" affair.

    * * *

    In an apparent quotation from the report, La Repubblica said some Vatican officials had been subject to "external influence" from laymen with whom they had links of a "worldly nature". The paper said this was a clear reference to blackmail.

    * * *

    La Repubblica said the cardinals' report identified a series of meeting places in and around Rome. They included a villa outside the Italian capital, a sauna in a Rome suburb, a beauty parlour in the centre, and a former university residence that was in use by a provincial Italian archbishop.

    Where is the proof the photo is even real?

    It's highly likely the priest himself doctored it, in order to create this whole situation, so the physicians would be forced to examine him.

    The Gays are relentless that way. It's called harassment.

    I adopted my favorite son, George W. Jenkins, after he was rescued from perpetual rape at the hands of cross dressing priests, under the guardianship of a family that hated him enough to name him "Mary".

    He was habituated to rectal pain when we found him, but we operated, and with the healing powers of Jesus and a Christian proctologist we were able to recover a 2 and a half pound mandrake shaped mass of coagulated semen from his intestine. He is now growing up into a fine Baptist boy, with aspirations to be President of the United States.

    In the Roman institution, life imitates The Onion.

    From The Onion:
    VATICAN CITY—Calling forgiveness "one of the highest virtues taught to us by Jesus," Pope John Paul II issued a papal decree Monday absolving priest-molested children of all sin.
    From Cardinal Mahoney's blog:
    In the past several days, I have experienced many examples of being humiliated. In recent days, I have been confronted in various places by very unhappy people. I could understand the depth of their anger and outrage--at me, at the Church, at about injustices that swirl around us.

    Thanks to God's special grace, I simply stood there, asking God to bless and forgive them.
