Communism: Failed socioeconomic model, which cannot succeed at scales greater than the individual commune. Inability to award innovation, initiative, or efficiency led to economic collapse in large nations. Largest past Communist nations: Soviet Union (collapsed, 1980s), China (presently transitioning to capitalism, since 1980s). Eastern Europe was largely Communist under the control of the Soviet Union, but gained independence and transitioned to capitalism or moderate socialism in the 1980s and 1990s.

Apparently this "comrade" hasn't heard the news: Communism failed. It currently lies in the dust heap of history, along with its ugly sister fascism. It was soundly defeated by Jesus Christ, with the assistance of the Godly Ronald Reagan and his dragon lady assistant, Margaret Thatcher. In every single country where communism was once imposed, Jesus has quickly moved in to fill the vacuum. Glory!
