We bombed Hiroshima in retaliation of Pearl Harbor. I don't condone dropping the A-bomb on any nation, but it was not an unprovoked attack.

The Vietnam War was not the only reason Nixon was a bad president. The Watergate scandal was a complete debacle and a reflection of the broken political party system in America.

Killed a whole lot of dinks in that one. Not as fast as Truman did but fast enough. Im thinking back and I seem to remember the US having a far higher kill ratio per soldier than the zipperheads did. Thats a win. We also trained and implemented a lot of new types of weapons and were able to see how well they work on actual enemies instead of pigs and dummies. Thats a win too. Napalm smells amazing. Still makes me reminisce when I smell Sterno.

God said 'Thou shalt not kill'. It's a sin. Making war just to 'kill' is a sin. You want to go against His commandments? Are you a sinner? are you saying that Americans were sinners, setting as goal the murder of a lot of people?
That was not the reason for war.
And the number of killings does not determine winners and losers.
During World War II, Allied losses were more than 60 million deaths. Those of the Axis, just over 12 million.
And the Axis has lost the war.
According to your way of thinking, the Axis won the war and now the world is under the Nazi and fascist dictatorship, ruled by the descendants of Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini.

I'm sorry, my dear friends, but the Vietnam War was anything but unofficial. A good history book might help you.
You can not say "we didn't lose it". Similarly you could not claim to have won.
We can say victory when we reach our goals, and America didn't do it.
All have won and everyone lost. It 's very strange but in this war there wasn't a real winner and a real loser.
Let me remind you also that the United States withdraw their armed forces from the conflict in 1973.

Particularly shame on Obama for bombing Africa. His people must be scratching their armpits and gnashing their gold teeth over the irony of it all. America has no need to be in Africa proper, South Africa needs us though. The man is a bad President, you can tell that by looking at him.

Bombing Japs is no big deal really. They did start it afterall and it's only Japs. The part I hate is the hypocrisy of a Liberal peacenik nuking a small island filled with civilians. Sounds like something Lex Luthor would do to Superman in a kids comic. I think Harry "pushbutton" Truman is easily up there with Abraham "Genocide" Lincoln and his personal war against a fledgling democracy just trying to live free. Sending the angel of death(Sherman) to rape and pillage the lush loins of the South should have earned both of them swingtime on a noose.

Yes they were dirty, yellow skinned, backstabbing, rice scarfing Japanese but that was NO excuse for FDR to order B29s to drop NAPALM on the hapless population of their cities from the stratosphere! As a TRUE Christian (white, Baptist, Republican) I KNOW we need to VALUE and CHERISH human life, even if that life is some race of sub-human mongoloids only fit to work to turn screws on an assembly line.

FACT: Democrats are racists elitists who look down on anyone not part of their little click. As a REAL American I am disgusted. Shame on FDR, Shame on Clinton, Shame on Obama!
