No, a man who was called "rabbi" was not a Jews. /sign

Rabbi is just a Hebrew word meaning "Master'. He was certainly not what we know of the modern day Rabbi, as that basically didn't exist in those days, and did not become what we know of it now until after the destruction of the Temple when the Priesthood was destroyed. In fact, Jesus would probably have a problem with modern day Judaism, because He thinks He is the only person in the world who should be called "rabbi".

So given the deviance of jews, is the community consent that the region of Israel should be returned to the previous occupants that were forced out of their homes by a bunch of sorry jew-sympathizing brits that were irked by Hitler's previous successes? and also could America get the 50 billion dollars they've been giving Israel EVERY YEAR back?

Why would we give it back? the Muslims are no better (and they were not forced out of their homes, the muslims were allowed to stay, and the Jews were already living there, it just was not officially their state). I say we should start a new crusade and recapture the Holy land!

Where does it say any of that in the Bible? Have you read any of this thread, or did you just jump in throwing wild accusations around like nobody's business?

You can't use the bible to provide evidence for the bible, that's circumstantial and proves nothing. It is a fact that the romans had Jesus executed.

The stir Jesus created (not saying it's bad) religious leaders and threatened to destroy the fragile peace imposed by Rome. Jesus was arrested on a charge of treason and was crucified, a common form of execution for condemned criminals. To the Romans, Jesus was a troublemaker who had got his just desserts.

To the Christians, however, he was a martyr and it was soon clear that the execution had made Judaea even more unstable. Pontius Pilate – the Roman governor of Judaea and the man who ordered the crucifixion – was ordered home in disgrace. The jewish weren't really involved as much as many ignorant people tend to believe.
