1) If you really had a PhD. You'd know that he wasn't talking about "exams". In fact if you even had a Bachelors, or even in first year college, you'd know he wasn't talking about "exams". Oh and plagiarism is plagiarism whether it's on an exam or in a dissertation or on the internet. Never heard of intellectual property?
