In an attempt (no-doubt doomed) to get this somewhat back on-topic, what is all this nonsense about Nasa sending a rocket 6.5 billion kilometers (that's about 4 billion miles in Christian) to look at Ultima Thule?

How many times did they have to fly round the firmament to clock up that sort of mileage? However many, it was a complete waste of time and tax dollars. Everyone knows that Ultima Thule is in Iceland - the now-dead Victorian explorer Richard Burton (not to be confused with the also-dead actor who was married to Elizabeth Taylor, twice) even wrote a book about it, in two volumes.
